Tā Kuṇḍali (Wrathful Deity) dispels obstacles. ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ (Tibetan seed syllables, Sanskrit Devanagari: जः हूँ वं होः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: jah hum vam hoh, no literal meaning) Become inseparable from the Samaya being. While performing cleansing and scattering with a bunch of kusha grass, pour the offering water from the offering vessel into the drinking vessel. ༀ་ཨཱཿཧྲིཿཔྲ་ཝ་ར་སཏྐ་རཱ་རྠཾ་ཨརྒྷཾ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་ཨ་ཧཱུཾ་སྭཱཧཱ། (Tibetan mantra, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् आः ह्रीः प्रवर सत्कारार्थम् अर्घम् प्रतीच्छ अ हूँ स्वाहा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: om ah hrih pravara satkarartham argham praticcha ah hum svaha, Please accept the excellent offerings) Similarly, apply to Pādyam (foot washing water). ༀ་ཨགྣ་ཡེ་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་པུཥྤེ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་ཡེ་སྭཱཧཱ། (Tibetan mantra, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् अग्नये सपरिवार पुष्पे प्रतीच्छ ये स्वाहा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: om agnaye saparivara puspe praticcha ye svaha, Please accept the flowers, Agni and retinue) Similarly, offer with offerings and music preceded by chanting the name and mantra. Lord of the World, Brahma, Son of the Protector, King of the Fire Gods, empowered by Ṭakkī (Acala), Burns all afflictions with supreme wisdom, I prostrate to the Holder, the Fire God himself. Praise with these words. དྲྀ་ཤྱཱ་ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ (Tibetan seed syllables, Sanskrit Devanagari: दृश्या जः हूँ वं होः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: drishya jah hum vam hoh, no literal meaning) ས་མ་ཡ་སྟྭཾ། (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: समय स्त्वं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: samaya stvam, Vow) ས་མ་ཡ་ཧོཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: समय होः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: samaya hoh, Vow) Entrust the activity and establish the commitment with three repetitions. Then, eight bunches of kusha grass. Purify with Amrita Kuṇḍali (Nectar Vase). Purify with Svabhava (own nature). From emptiness, kusha grass arises from Hūṃ (Tibetan seed syllables, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hum, no literal meaning), blue-green, with roots and tips intact, clear and unobstructed, possessing the power to accomplish peaceful actions. This kusha grass is pure and virtuous, It is the essence born from the earth, It is the purifier of the Three Jewels, It is the true essence of Brahma. By this, may I and my retinue be without obstacles, and may we also be granted the accomplishment of activities. This kusha grass is equal in number to the bunches of Man kusha grass, as stated in the practice. Then, starting from in front of oneself, in a clockwise direction, reciting ༀ་བཛྲ་ས་ཏྭ་ཨ་ (Tibetan mantra, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् वज्र सत्त्व आ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: om vajra sattva ah, Om Vajrasattva Ah), spread the eight bunches of kusha grass in the eight directions of the hearth, with the tip of the previous one pressing down on the root of the next one. Thus, by offering the eight bunches of kusha grass as the seat of the Fire God, imagine that he joyfully resides there. Then, offering the Fire God the Byon Zan (offering food): Hūṃ (Tibetan seed syllables, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hum, no literal meaning) at the heart of the Fire God, Raṃ (Tibetan seed syllables, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ram, no literal meaning) at the navel of the tongue in the form of a vajra, and Hūṃ (Tibetan seed syllables, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hum, no literal meaning) marked at the center of the vajra symbol inside the opening of the pouring vessel. Imagine that the form of ghee, arising from the nature of uncontaminated wisdom, is offered into the mouth of the Fire God, and that he is pleased and satisfied, and that all unfavorable circumstances for myself and others are pacified, and that all virtuous and harmonious gatherings are accomplished. Filling the pouring vessel with ghee according to the supreme Bodhi mudra (hand gesture) that will be explained below, holding the two pouring vessels together, offer them around the hearth in a clockwise direction, reciting: ༀ་ཨགྣ་ཡེ། ཨཱ་དཱི་བྱ་ཨཱ་དཱི་བྱ། ཨཱ་བི་ཤ་ཨཱ་བི་ཤ། མཧཱ་ཤྲི་ཡེ་ཧ་བྱ་ཀ་བྱ་ཝཱ་ཧཱ་ནཱ་ཡ། (Tibetan mantra, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् अग्नये आदीव्य आदीव्य আবিশ আবিশ মহাশ্রিয়ে हव्य कव्यवाहानाय, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: om agnaye adivya adivya avisha avisha mahashriye havya kavyavahanaya, Om Agnaye Adivya Adivya Avisha Avisha Mahashriye Havya Kavyavahanaya) The sins of myself and others... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
