Generally, they do not consider that they are ignorant of all these in every way. As it says in the *Laṅkāvatāra Sūtra*: 'The mind disturbed by habit, Manifests as meaningful things. In reality, it is not real, it is just the mind itself. Seeing external things as real is wrong.' And as it says in the *Dharma-dharmatā-vibhāga*: 'When it appears, the nature of reality does not appear; when it does not appear, the nature of reality appears.' And as it says in the *Stages of Meditation on the Middle Way*: 'The noble ones do not see confusion.' etc., which are based on these statements. Third, if conventional truth does not appear to wisdom, then there is no fault of not knowing it, because even though it does not appear to wisdom, there is a way of knowing it. The reason is that omniscient wisdom knows the past and future, which are separated by eons, because they do not appear as they are in their own time. For example, like knowing the appearance of a dream when awake. Fourth, regarding the explanation of the four noble truths, there are four: the truth of suffering and the truth of origin, and the truth of cessation and the truth of the path. The general way is as explained in the context of the Sūtra school above, but the difference here is that the truth of cessation has both the purified basis, the ultimate truth, and the purified result, purity. First, regarding the former, the *Madhyāntavibhāga* says: 'The two are neither existent nor non-existent, Things with and without things are not existent, The characteristic of emptiness is thus, Different and same are also not existent.' As it says, it is empty of the grasping and the grasped of conventional truth, and not empty of the ultimate nature of reality, thus liberated from the extremes of existence and non-existence. Although the nature of reality pervades all phenomena, it is neither different nor the same in terms of differing characteristics. This is the *Tathāgatagarbha* (如来藏,tathāgatagarbha, tathāgatagarbha,Womb of the Thus-Come-One). Its names are: ultimate limit, ultimate truth, *dharmadhātu* (法界,dharmadhātu,dharmadhātu,sphere of reality), etc., and there are two types: with impurities and without impurities. Moreover, the *dharmadhātu* (法界,dharmadhātu,dharmadhātu,sphere of reality) possesses all aspects, so on the basis of the nature of cessation and path, it can also have the nature of the three realms of existence and afflictions, so the arrangement of the four noble truths of ultimate truth can also be made. Second, regarding the purified result of purity, as the *Ratnagotravibhāga* says: 'The suchness of all phenomena, Is the characteristic of the purification of the two obscurations.' As it says, the nature of reality is naturally pure, and through the power of the path of meditation, all temporary impurities are exhausted, the realm of purity. This is referred to by the names: completely abandoned, definitely abandoned, able to purify, exhausted, free from desire, ceased, completely pacified, subsided, etc. In the *Abhidharma* (阿毗达磨,abhidharma, abhidharma, higher knowledge)... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

According to the collected statements, there are nine kinds of cessation: cessation of expression, cessation of reality, complete cessation, incomplete cessation, cessation with adornment, cessation without adornment, cessation with remainder, cessation without remainder, and superior cessation. The remaining cessations are merely differences in wording, and in reality, there is no difference from the above-mentioned cessations. Third, regarding the explanation of the path, it is divided into the basis of the path and the path itself. First, regarding the basis of the path, there are three kinds of physical bases: beings with karmic obscurations such as those who have committed the five heinous crimes; beings with strong afflictions, such as those who consume leftovers or are hermaphrodites; and beings with ripened obscurations such as those with unpleasant voices. In addition, there are physical bases that do not belong to any of the above. The so-called six meditative states include the preparatory stage of the first dhyana and the actual stage, as well as the actual stages of the second, third, and fourth dhyanas. These belong to the basis of mind. Second, regarding the path itself, it is divided into a general explanation and the stages of practice. First, regarding the general explanation, it is divided into nature and classification. First, the nature refers to the wisdom of entering the path, which, once entered, leads one to the peace of nirvana. This is the nature of the path. It has the same meaning as Abhisamaya (realization), Yana (vehicle), and other concepts. Next, regarding the classification, there are five paths, and their natures are, in order: Dharma Abhisamaya (realization of Dharma), which is the nature of the path of accumulation; Artha Abhisamaya (realization of meaning), which is the nature of the path of preparation; Truth Abhisamaya (realization of truth), which is the nature of the path of seeing; Anu Abhisamaya (subsequent realization), which is the nature of the path of meditation; and the path where one's own learning is completely perfected, which is the nature of the path of no more learning. Second, regarding the path of meditation, it is divided into the actual method of meditation and incidental explanations. First, regarding the actual method of meditation, it is divided into meditative equipoise and subsequent awareness. First, meditative equipoise refers to meditating on the nature of mind as being naturally luminous. That is, in the path of accumulation, one meditates by making the essence of the Sugata (Tathagatagarbha) (Tibetan: བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པའི་སྙིང་པོ།), the wisdom of the self-arisen nature of reality (Tibetan: ཆོས་ཉིད་རང་བྱུང་གི་ཡེ་ཤེས།) the object of faith; in the path of preparation, one meditates on the fact that both the external object of perception and the internal delusion, which is the adventitious mind, are without inherent truth; in the path of seeing, one meditates by manifesting a portion of the wisdom of reality; and in the path of meditation, through the power of diligently meditating by gradually manifesting the various aspects of reality, one attains the path of no more learning when the luminous Tathagatagarbha is fully manifested in all aspects. The way of these is as stated in the Uttaratantra: 'Like the sun seen in the sky when the clouds are seen, you, the wise, should know this. Even the noble ones with pure eyes of wisdom have not seen all aspects.' 'Bhagavan, your Dharmakaya, with boundless wisdom and infinite knowledge, pervades the endless expanse of space, and thus sees all.' Furthermore, the Dharma --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
