May I never slacken, but engage with diligence! This concise explanation of the tenets of inner and outer schools, entitled 'A Good Ornament for the Mind of the Clear-sighted,' was written at the request of the monk Guṇabhadra, who is diligent in his desire to study culture and has been especially kind to me.
