In the center of that countenance, from that sublime place, the goddess who swiftly appears in times of need, she is the goddess of the forest, exceedingly beautiful, adorned with splendid garments, the sole mother of all victors. Sublime Lord of the World (Avalokiteśvara), your lotus-like blooming face, showing the manner of birth, swiftly accomplishing the deeds of Ārya Tārā (圣救度母), the Holy Savioress herself. In that wondrously beautiful, immeasurable, supreme palace, with various emanations and magical displays, exceedingly pleased, dwelling with loving-kindness, this is indeed a most wondrous place. Whatever good deeds appear, all have already been seen in their entirety by the omniscient one (Sakya Pandita), it is definitively only your emanation. These displays will not temporarily disappear, but rather remain in a stable state in this world, to that supreme place of the Lord of the World (Īśvara) belonging to this world, the praiser primarily offers homage with reverence. The third part is the praise of the wondrous arrangement of the essence of this land. It is expressed in one verse of nine syllables and four verses of seven syllables. As mentioned above, there are many wondrous characteristics, the sublime Avalokiteśvara dwells in the excellent place of manifestation suitable for taming, the summit of the glorious Copper-Colored Mountain (Grādhrakūṭa) is exceedingly wondrous, the area on top of its summit is vast, about four krośas (an ancient Indian unit of length). In that manifestation suitable for taming, the foundation is broad and even, surrounded by mountains made of jewels, including moonstone, crystal, ruby (Lālāmanī), etc., among which gold water, ruby (Padmarāga), and sapphire (Indranīla) are predominant. These mountains are beautifully shaped and perfectly decorated, surrounding the central area. In those places, there is a sight called 'radiance,' its topography is generally like a blooming lotus, with eight auspicious petals in all directions and a pistil in the center. In each of the completely pure places, mainly with a foundation of pure gold, adorned with various jewels such as pearls, rubies, and beryl (Vaiḍūrya) in between, these places mainly radiate golden light, and are extensively decorated with Jambudvīpa gold, inside and out in all directions. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
