After that, the master and the assembly went to his private chamber and resided in the sacred field of merit. 7-1161 Thinking, 'These objects should never be scattered elsewhere but should be concentrated in this great monastery,' he constantly held the good intention of building a separate temple to house these objects. Once, in a dream, someone offered him a very beautiful and radiant golden vase, saying, 'Please use this vase as a pure chamber to house the relics of the Buddha.' Upon awakening, the master thought, 'A temple built in light will surely be auspicious and perfect, without any flaws.' Thus, he joyfully began the construction project. The master was also very kind to the workers, often hosting banquets and providing tea and wine in their presence, showing care, so everyone was very respectful and happy, working diligently. Therefore, the construction, including the outer walls and internal pillars, was quickly completed before winter. Later, in the Wood Horse year, when the master was fifty-eight years old, during the flourishing season of spring, he generously gave alms to countless monastic and lay people, holding a grand celebration. 7-1162 The walls inside the temple were also completed, and the wooden structures such as pillars and beams were painted with exquisite colors. The murals on the walls were also extremely outstanding, pleasing to the eye. Among them, on the north wall are depicted Shakyamuni Buddha with the Sixteen Arhats and their retinue, as well as the Six Ornaments and Two Supreme Ones. On the back of the throne are depicted Dakinis, Akshobhya Buddha, Amitabha Buddha, etc., numbering nearly a thousand. Many lama figures are interspersed in between. On the east wall are depicted the Sakya lineage masters of the 'Khon Family Teachings' and the 'Oral Transmission,' as well as the scene of Sukhavati, the Pure Land of Amitabha. Above it are depicted Vajradhara and his three sons residing in a sphere of light, symbolizing that the great accomplished one, without ever leaving the Vajra seat, emanates into other pure lands, holding the edge of a cloud garland in his hand. The murals on the south wall depict the empowerment lineage of Amitayus with nine deities, the lineage of Shri Chakrasamvara, Padmakara, and Jo-brom and his sons. The murals on the west wall depict the Guhyasamaja, the Akshobhyavajra Dharma cycle, and the Sarvavid All-Knowing) etc. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Within the Sakya tradition, there are many symbols of the inseparable union of Je himself (referring to Tsongkhapa) with the mantra-holder fathers and sons (referring to Khon Konchog Gyalpo and his descendants) and Muschen. Furthermore, there are Hevajra's three secrets, numerous longevity deities, and other yidam mandalas, as well as many Dharma protectors of both the Gur and Zhang traditions. There are also limitless deities of wealth and power, such as the three red deities. On the inner walls of the pillars, there are many manifestations of Gyalwang Opame (Victorious Immeasurable Light, i.e., Amitabha). On the outer walls, there is only a golden paper with the longevity dharani in the Lantsa script. The long mantra of the Immortal Glorious Goddess written in Devanagari script on the waistline is very wonderful. In addition, the pillars, measures, long and short bows, protrusions, and all other places are decorated with a hundred and one colors, pleasing to the eye and captivating the heart, like a staircase to the heavens. This building was completed in the summer and was very perfect. The special offerings in the original chambers, like manifestations of Samantabhadra, were arranged with unparalleled beauty and splendor. Among them, the most important auspicious object is the statue of the mantra-holder Tenden Nyima Kunga Rinchen (The Sun of the Doctrine, Kunga Rinchen), the statues of the Manjushri brothers, and the precious statues such as the rosary used by this great being (referring to Tenden Nyima Kunga Rinchen), like a wish-fulfilling jewel, are the source of fulfilling all wishes. On the left and right sides of it, starting from the Sixth Vajradhara, the statues of countless Indian and Tibetan scholars and accomplished ones are placed according to their respective hand gestures and implements. There are also manifestations of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, radiating the light of blessings, praying that they will easily grant both mundane and supreme achievements. These offerings are as abundant as the manifestations of Samantabhadra, hence it is called 'Lama Lhakhang Tongwa Donden' (The Lama Temple, Seeing is Meaningful) or 'Phagpa' (The Noble One), meaning the extraordinary distinction that surpasses other temples. Adjacent to it is a special Gonkhang (Protector Chapel), in which the most important sacred object is the four blessings of body, speech, mind, and qualities of Jetsun Sakyapa. Among them, the blessing of the body is the wooden protector deity naturally born from the ashes of the Brahmin Chogse, which Kunga Nyinpo, the master of Puhang Lotsawa, joyfully gave, like a wish-fulfilling jewel. There is also the stone protector deity that naturally appeared on the top of Mount Malaya, passed down from Bari Lotsawa, like a wish-fulfilling jewel. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
