At dusk, (the master) said, 'Bring the relics of Jetsun Drakpa Gyeltsen (Tibetan: རྗེ་བཙུན་གྲགས་པའི་འཕེལ་, meaning: a title, meaning 'increasing fame') and the samaya substances of the great mantra holder mixed together.' Then, he sat in the vajra posture, with his hands in the vajra fist mudra at his heart, leaning slightly backward, and clearly visualized the 'yoga of death' as described in the precious tantras, and emitted two loud 'HIK' sounds and one small 'HIK' sound. He demonstrated how to merge the image of the common manifested form, the form with the splendor of marks and signs, into the dharmadhatu luminosity mahamudra. Thus, from the tenth to the dawn of the twelfth, he remained in the great bliss of the union of mother and son luminosity. At that time, in order to show the world 'This is the sign of directly realizing all the supreme emptiness,' from that day on, new rainbows appeared in the clear, cloudless sky, their shapes resembling umbrellas, banners, and flags, filling the sky with wonderful colors. The mundane dust naturally subsided, and even the breeze stopped for a long time. The sun was exceptionally bright, and the gods showered flowers like rain, emitting an unprecedented fragrance. Sometimes, the sounds of music from heroes and dakinis could be heard. All sorts of wonderful signs and omens appeared, shocking the entire Tsang and U districts at that time. In order to avoid unwarranted slander, it was kept secret for a while, but many who had realization and practice inferred from these wonderful signs that he had gone to other pure lands. The hearts of all fortunate ones were filled with awe. Then, at dawn on the twelfth, he arose from the luminosity into the Sambhogakaya form, with the crown of his head rising about a finger's length, accompanied by the nectar of bodhicitta, and countless heroes and yoginis came to greet him, and he went to the Abhirati Pure Land (Tibetan: མངོན་པར་དགའ་བའི་ཞིང་, meaning: Land of Manifest Joy) in the east, before the Tathagata Vimala (Sanskrit: Vimala, meaning: stainless), accomplishing the deeds of all the Buddhas at once. After that, Vajradhara (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན་པ་, Sanskrit: Vajradhara, Sanskrit Romanization: Vajradhara, literal meaning: Holder of the Vajra) Jampa Ngawang Namgyal (Tibetan: བྱམས་པ་ངག་དབང་རྣམ་རྒྱལ་, meaning: Maitreya Speech Empowerment Victorious) performed the rituals described in the Hevajra Tantra, offering robes and other services to his precious body, and offering incense, silk, and other offerings. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Being greatly revered by a multitude of monastic communities, he was temporarily enshrined upon a throne amidst immeasurable clouds of offerings, as a sacred field of merit. The noble son Jamyang (Mañjuśrī) and other attendants performed the Guru Yoga as described in the precious tantras, along with related rituals, for a long time, offering clouds of worship in the form of Guru Puja prayers. Led by Gyatso Pon Geden Tashi, many Vajradharas together with Jamyang Sonam Wangpo offered the supreme practice of the venerable Vajrayogini, the essence of essences. Furthermore, the offerings for the merit ceremonies undertaken by the great monasteries were beyond counting. Then, on the twelfth day of the third month of that year, Ngawang Namgyal, a Vajradhara who had mastery over all the sutras and tantras, flawlessly performed the fire offering as described in the Hevajra (Kyai rdo rje), around the precious relics that shone like a wish-fulfilling jewel. On that day, the sky in all directions was filled with rainbows and five-colored lights. In particular, all the smoke from the cremation of the relics turned into rainbows, light pervaded everything, and there was a rain of flowers, etc. Just as various images appear to the eye as if directly seen, many wondrous visions appeared in accordance with the inclinations of those to be tamed, which cannot be described individually. After sealing the reliquary and offering worship for a week, it was opened, and the relics were invited out according to the rituals described in the tantras. Most of the skulls were found to be intact. On the outside of the crown of the head, the face of Gur Gonpo (Tent Protector) was very large and clear, naturally present. Near the right eye of that face, there was a raised image of Vajrayogini about the size of a thumb; on the left eye appeared Yogeshvari. In addition, there was an image of one Chakrasamvara, etc., as well as countless supports of body, speech, and mind such as Buddha images, letters, and relics, and a single white conch shell formed from ashes was also found intact. At that time, future prophecies manifested, and a rain of flowers and snow fell, filling the reliquary and the rooms above and below. In particular, very large flowers fell near the reliquary, and when gathered together, they filled an entire bowl. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
