All the major Gelug monasteries were decorated with offerings such as butter lamps and khatas, arranged like a scene before the snowy sea. Generous offerings were made to lamas, abbots, and great teachers who were worthy of such gifts. About fifteen thousand people, including monks and laypeople from both the monastery and the community, gathered, and were provided with abundant tea and cushions. The monks received a generous public offering. An unimaginable amount of material donations, such as tea and silver coins for each person, were given to the people. Following this, in Lingka Dewachen (Sukhavati Garden), about one hundred and thirty monks performed the great mandala ritual of Black Hevajra for twenty-five days. The various monasteries of Mustang gathered nearly a thousand people, conducted grand offerings, and provided material donations to countless people, as well as generous offerings and donations to the monks, just as they would do in their own monastery. At that time, offerings were sent from Lhasa by the protector of the three realms, the supreme Gyalwang Rinpoche (the All-Knowing). Offerings, khatas, and stupas were sent in great quantities from Tsetong Lhuntse, Trashilhunpo, Evam Choden, Dechen Chokhor, and all the major and minor monasteries in the U-Tsang region. Each monastery made its own offerings and prayers, the number of which was beyond counting. In Lhasa, before the Jowo Rinpoche (Shakyamuni Buddha statue), Rabjampa Choephel continuously fulfilled the wishes of the Dharma King Phagpa Rinpoche (Phagpa) by performing a hundred thousand recitations of prayers for the benefit of the Dharma and all beings. In addition, offerings were made to the Gyalwa Thamtad Mkhyenpa (the All-Knowing) and other Dharma practitioners. Tea money and other offerings were made to more than two hundred and thirty monasteries, regardless of sect, including Evam Choden, Thubten Gongwo, Sertokchen, Trashilhunpo, Ngamring, Palkhor Chode, Sera, Drepung, and Gongkar Dorje Dhen. The details of these extensive offerings are recorded in the great offering register, and cannot be enumerated individually because they are too numerous. After completing these profound contemplations on the pure realm of Dharma, he decided to proceed with the construction of the great statue. It was on the twenty-second day of that month, a very auspicious day for Lhagpa Lhamtsham. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

From that day on, the factory began to be established. The main offering place was Lama Chosje Gyaltsen, and the foreman was Kunga Lunden. The arrangement for laying the foundation, etc., was undertaken by Tulku Dod Gonpa. 7-1272 The eleven, including Chosgyal of Nepal, from the eight Sugata stupas mentioned in 'Immaculate Crown Protuberance', according to the shape of the Victory Stupa (rNam rgyal mchod rten), which is blessed with the life of Yangs pa can, were made of gold, silver, and other precious materials, and were grand in scale, the most supreme in Jambudvipa ('Dzam bu gling), with exquisite craftsmanship. And the embodiment of that holy one himself, made of pure gold and copper, is pleasing to the eye and has the radiance of the marks and signs. The statue of the powerful Lord, the glorious Birupa, which is about the same height, was completed within four months. The materials for the statue: fifty-eight kha of copper, six kha and a little of silver, five hundred and thirteen zho of pure gold, two hundred sang of mercury. The decorations mainly consist of white and red, three jade vajra crosses, seventeen vajras with gold edges, eight large and small golds, twenty-eight mixed large and small gold pieces, six mixed large and small gold and jade rings, two gold threads, one thousand and twenty-one pearls, six hundred and sixty-six mixed large and small corals, five long turquoise stones, two hundred and fifteen rubies. 7-1273 Four forehead jades, one jade monkey, two hundred mixed large and small jades, all pure white and red, fifty-three red agates, mainly coral rosaries, etc., and countless other precious decorations, which are very gorgeous. Inside these are enshrined Buddha statues, relics, and collections of letters that appeared from precious relics, as well as blessed objects mainly consisting of ashes, the number and size of which are immeasurable, and are clearly recorded in their respective catalogs. The precious silver stupa filled with these was placed on the east side of the Rigdzin Lama lineage of the four-story Labrang (bla brang). Directly in front of it, looking from west to east, is the precious Buddha statue like a wish-fulfilling jewel. Accompanied by immeasurable offerings, it will remain as a sacred field of merit for all beings in the world until the day the Dharma exists. At the same time, twenty-nine Thangkas were painted according to the content of the Jataka tales of the Buddhas, like the wish-fulfilling vine mentioned above. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
