I, Tshewang, received various kinds of empowerments, including: Khyung Khra, Khyung Nag, Red-Yellow Manjushri ('Jam dbyangs dmar ser), the Sakya Pandita's Offering of the Body (Sa paN sbags sgrub), Profound Path (Lam zab), the Meditation Instructions of Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara (Thugs rje chen po'i sgom lung), and the Guru Yoga of Guru Padmasambhava (Slob dpon padma'i bla ma'i rnal 'byor). The Reclining Transference of Consciousness of Amitabha ('Od dpag med kyi nyal 'pho), and some lineages of teachings, etc. To fulfill the wishes of those present, he extensively turned the Wheel of Dharma. During his stay there, he received countless offerings and hospitality. He also bestowed vast blessings, tokens, and material gifts, endowing those present with excellent fortune. To that monastery, he also generously distributed Tasting Liberation Pills, tea offerings, etc., fulfilling the wishes of the people. Afterwards, accompanied by a horse-riding attendant, he proceeded to the next destination. Before his departure, the abbot and monks of the monastery saw him off. At the time of parting, the abbot and monks who saw him off were deeply saddened, prostrating to his lotus feet, praying that for the sake of the Dharma and the benefit of beings, his lotus feet may remain firm for hundreds of kalpas, and that they may continue to receive his guidance until they attain enlightenment. This holy being also bestowed immeasurable teachings of temporary and ultimate benefit. According to the calculation, in Tana (rTa nag), Drolmawa (sGrol ma ba) received abundant offerings and hospitality. Later, as he approached the Great Golden Dharma Hall (chos grwa chen po gser mdog can), the Khenpo, teachers, and representatives there came to greet him, and the entire monastic community welcomed his arrival with a grand procession. Upon arrival, Panchen Rinpoche (PaN chen Rin po che) (the Great Scholar) on the Vulture Peak Throne (bya rgod phung po'i bzhugs khri), bestowed upon the Khenpo, teachers, and monks the Manjushri, the Sakya Pandita's Offering of the Body ('Jam dbyangs sa paN sbags sgrub), the Reclining Transference of Consciousness of Amitabha ('Od dpag med kyi nyal 'pho), and the Anugraha of Red-Yellow Manjushri ('Jam dbyangs dmar ser), etc. That evening, he settled in the Labrang (bla brang) (the residence of the Living Buddha). The next morning, he first went to the stupa enshrining the remains of Panchen Rinpoche (PaN chen Rin po che) and other temples, making extensive aspirations and prayers. In the Great Assembly Hall ('du khang chen mo), on the throne of Panchen (PaN chen), he bestowed some teachings to the Khenpo, teachers, and assembly, beginning with the prayer he composed himself. He also generously distributed tea offerings and Tasting Liberation Vow Pills to the assembly, increasing their reverence for him, and his fame spread in all directions. The next morning, on the Vulture Peak Throne (bya rgod phung po'i bzhugs khri), he bestowed a gathering empowerment (khrom dbang) to the monastic and lay community. As he (referring to an important figure) proceeded on horseback, starting from the great Zhika (Gzhi ka, a type of administrative unit) of Samdrubtse (Samdrubtse, place name), many attendants of Norbu (Norbu, personal name) solemnly welcomed him and escorted him to Klu Lding Tashi Getse (Klu lding bkra shis dge tshal, temple name). He stayed there for three days, during which the officials and servants of the Regent Norbu (Sde srid nor bu, official title) gathered roughly. The people of Nakar Chode (Sna dkar chos sde ba, place name) and the lamas and sangha of Phyongye Dukhangpa ('Phyong rgyas 'du khang pa, place name) were each given longevity empowerments, subsequent permissions, blessings, and transmissions according to their respective wishes, extensively turning the wheel of Dharma. He also presented generous gifts to the lamas and monks of each monastery. In addition, they offered great offerings and respects to the Great Person (Mi dbang chen po, honorific title) and made very respectful requests. He himself also bestowed generous gifts and teachings with great compassion, and the teachers and disciples all received great blessings. One day during his stay there, when he met with the Panchen Rinpoche (PaN chen rin po che, honorific title) of Tashi Lhunpo Monastery (Bkra shis lhun po, temple name), he offered extremely grand offerings and services with pure vision, as well as inestimable material offerings. He himself also provided extensive tea offerings and donations to that monastery, and presented generous gifts to the Panchen Rinpoche (PaN chen rin po che, honorific title). Everyone was happy and satisfied, and everything became better and better. Afterwards, when he went to Narthang (Snar thang, place name), the lamas, monks, and people of each of the monastery provided many services and offerings. In particular, the Khen Rinpoche (mkhan rin po che, honorific title) himself from Ewam Choden (E waM chos ldan, temple name) and many representatives such as Klu Lding Tarpa Tse (Klu lding thar pa rtse, personal name) gathered at the same time, and each offered great services and offerings. He himself also bestowed great secular and spiritual kindness to the residents there, and everyone respectfully placed their hands together on their heads without any hesitation. Afterwards, on the way to the Great Monastery (Gdan sa chen po, temple name) via Langla (Glang la, place name), and especially the caretakers and people of Tsel Pel Shabzhuk (Tshal spel shab gzhug, place name), as well as the lamas, monks, and caretakers of Dradring ('Dra 'dri, place name), Lhunpotse (Lhun po rtse, place name), etc., provided excellent services, and made them happy and satisfied with generous material gifts.
