于嗔怒之处，于法界智慧之中，摧毁六道烦恼嗔恨者，我向马头明王致敬。请享用内外秘密之供养，祈请赐予殊胜成就之妙用。从四喜大乐之坛城中，生出三世一切诸佛之境，乐空双运，智慧与方便游戏。 于法界与智慧无别之忿怒母身，摧毁六道业与烦恼者，我向忿怒自在母致敬。请享用内外秘密之供养，祈请赐予殊胜成就之妙用。如是赞颂。欲作念诵，于自身心间，观想一红色莲花，八瓣向上展开，于莲心之上观想种子字（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：大悲心）。于莲花瓣上，从前方开始，顺时针观想咒语之字鬘，颜色为红黑色，字形向上竖立。从这些字鬘中，放射出白色与红色交融的光芒，如太阳之光芒，或如黄金之丝线交织，光芒闪耀。充满身体内部，使疾病、邪魔、罪障、习气等瞬间清净。光芒从毛孔、男女交合之处等向外放射， 照耀十方无量刹土，居住于其中的根本传承上师，八大修部等本尊寂静与忿怒坛城之诸神众，勇父、空行母、具誓护法众等，以及五妙欲等外之供养，血食、酒、朵玛等内之供养，交合与诛杀等秘密之供养，以及证悟实相自性，远离能供与所供之胜义供养，以此等供养，供养并劝请守护誓言。光芒照耀一切众生，清净身语意之罪障。特别是对于将敌人和障碍引入歧途者，光芒照耀的瞬间便加以制裁。一切众生皆安置于马头明王之果位。光芒收摄，与一切如来之身语意功德事业之自性，不可思议之五色光芒一同，如冰雹降入湖中般融入自身。由此，获得身语意功德事业一切成就。如是观想。种子字（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：大悲心）。我即忿怒明王马头胜，于心间莲花八瓣之上，莲心为心髓种子字（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：大悲心），八瓣莲花为咒语所围绕， 光芒放射融入诸佛，献上内外秘密之供养。

In the realm of anger, within the wisdom of Dharmadhatu, destroying the six realms of afflictions and hatred, I pay homage to Pal Hayagriva (马头明王). Please accept these outer, inner, and secret offerings, and grant the wondrous Siddhi (成就) of play. From the mandala (坛城) of the four joys and great bliss, the source of all Buddhas (诸佛) of the three times, the union of bliss and emptiness, wisdom and skillful means play. In the form of the wrathful mother, inseparable from Dharmadhatu and wisdom, destroying the karma (业) and afflictions of the six realms, I pay homage to the wrathful Garwang Yum (忿怒自在母). Please accept these outer, inner, and secret offerings, and grant the wondrous Siddhi (成就) of play. Thus praised. Desiring to recite, in one's own heart, visualize a red lotus, eight petals facing upwards, in the center of which is the seed syllable Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：大悲心). On the petals, starting from the front, clockwise visualize the mantra garland, the color is red-black, the letters standing upright. From these, rays of white and red mixed light radiate, like the rays of the sun, or like tangled golden threads, shimmering. Filling the inside of the body, diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, and habitual tendencies are instantly purified. Light radiates outwards from the pores of the skin, the union of male and female, etc., illuminating the infinite realms of the ten directions, the root and lineage Gurus (上师) residing therein, the deities of the peaceful and wrathful mandalas (坛城) of the eight great Sadhana (修部) sections, heroes, Yoginis (空行母), Damchen (具誓) oath-bound protectors, and the five sensory offerings, etc., outer offerings, medicine, Rakta (血食), Torma (朵玛), etc., inner offerings, union and liberation, etc., secret offerings, and the offering of Suchness (胜义), knowing the nature of reality, free from the object and subject of offering. With these offerings, offer and urge the commitment. Light shines on all sentient beings, purifying the sins and obscurations of body, speech, and mind. In particular, those who lead enemies and obstacles astray are punished the moment the light shines on them. All are placed in the state of glorious Hayagriva (马头明王). The light gathers back, and together with the essence of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of all the Tathagatas (如来), the inconceivable five-colored light, like a great hailstorm falling into the ocean, dissolves into oneself. Thus, think that you have obtained all the Siddhis (成就) of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. Seed syllable Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：大悲心). Through the words 'Gathering the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind, purifying the sins and obscurations of sentient beings' three doors, the yogi merges into body, speech, and mind,' it is made clear. Accompanied by the banners of all consorts, recite: ཧྲཱིཿ（Hrīḥ，seed syllable）, བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧ་ཡ་གྷྲི་ཝ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊཿ （Vajra Krodha Haya Grīva Hulu Hulu Hūṃ Phaṭ，Vajra Wrathful Hayagriva, Destroyer）, and then, as before, from the lotus center at the heart of the consort, emanate and gather the light from the mantra garland on the petals of the 'མ་' syllable, and recite as appropriate: ཨོཾ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀྲོ་དྷི་ཤྭ་རི་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊཿ （Oṃ Mahā Krodhiśvari Hūṃ Phaṭ，Om, Great Wrathful Sovereign, Hum, Phat）.
