The supreme nectar medicine of emptiness, the warm heart's blood for vanquishing enemies and obstacles. Filled to the brim in a precious and qualified skull-cup, blessed with samadhi, mantras, and mudras. A great torma offering with a hundred flavors, adorned with an arrow decorated with owl feathers and a red silk banner. A ransom offering of black sheep with white faces, citta substances, and other materials. Radiant weapons pervade all directions, and a qualified image of the deity is painted on a charnel ground cloth. A sang tree or copper phurba eight fingers long, a nine-sectioned reed arrow adorned with a vajra at the tip. A conch shell dice with nine eyes, and so forth, inner and outer secret samaya substances, clouds of offerings. Filling the expanse of the sky with actual and imagined offerings, I beseech the divine protectors. The great Sgrol ging (the one who cuts), with the appearance of a powerful man. The red life-force master who performs cutting, the red Yam shud great ging. The glorious Begtse Chen, the solitary mother red-faced goddess. The great mother goddess of existence, the lord of the lotus dance. The glorious great blood-drinker, the red life-force master who performs actions. The eight great ging wielding knives, the twenty-one flesh-eating servants. The hundred thousand hosts of yakshas who obey orders, the hundred thousand hosts of mamos who perform actions. Having fulfilled your vows with your retinue, may you restore the broken vows of the yogi, master, and disciples. May the arrogant brothers and sisters and their retinues protect and uphold the Buddha's teachings. May you grind the harmful enemies and obstructors to dust, and grant me the siddhis of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful actions. Ho! Dharmakaya of great bliss, Amitabha, Sambhogakaya, wrathful king, Padma Wang gi Lha. Nirmanakaya, Padmasambhava, and so forth, I beseech the root and lineage glorious lamas to heed my call. From the northeast, the land of no sorrow, Yam Shud Marpo, the chief of all life-force masters. Together with your brothers, sisters, servants, and messengers, heed me from the invisible realm of compassion. We yogis, masters, disciples, and retinues, having entered the gate of the secret mantra Vajrayana. All root and branch samaya vows that have been broken, we confess before you, great Dharma protectors. The samaya substances that you rely on have not been accomplished, and we have been negligent in the approach and accomplishment that should have been done. Such as the offerings at the appointed times being deficient or incomplete, we confess before you, samaya-bound protectors. Mingling with those who have broken their vows and are sinful, and to those who are unworthy vessels. Speaking your profound secret mantras and so forth, we deeply regret and confess.
