Then, although there is an accumulation of blessings in the great torma and the tun torma (portion torma) before, here again, for the sake of clarifying the visualization, purify with amrita, cleanse with Svabhava. From emptiness, from Yam arises wind, from Ram arises fire, from Kam arises three skull tripods, on top of which is a skull cup made from A, white on the outside and red on the inside, containing the five meats from Go-ku-da-ha-na and the five amritas from Bi-ra-shu-ma-mu, and the five wisdoms from Bhrum, Am, Dzrim, Kham, Hum. Above these, in the sky, are the three syllables Om, Ah, Hum, white, red, and blue, pointing downwards. From these, rays of light radiate, striking the wind banner, causing the wind to stir, the fire to blaze, the five meats and five amritas to boil and dissolve into light, the vapor rising upwards, causing a stream of amrita to descend from the three syllables. Again, rays of light radiate from the three syllables in the ten directions, inviting amrita from the world and beyond, which dissolves into it. The three syllables also dissolve into light, dissolving into the torma, making its color, smell, taste, and power perfect, transforming it into a great ocean of wisdom amrita. Bless with 'Om Ah Hum Ha Ho Hrih' (ཨོཾ་ཨཱ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧ་ཧོ་ཧྲཱིཿ) three times, along with mudras. At the end of the short mantra, add: 'Devi sapariwara nama sarva tathagata', recite seven times. Recite the long mantra three times: 'Om Mahakala Caturmukha sapariwara anashapta'. Add three syllables to the name mantra, holding the inner offering dorje and bell. With laughter of 'Chal Chal Ha Ha Kshrim Kshrim', Adorned with terrifying charnel ground attire. Hanging with ja ril, dry skulls, and a necklace of enemy heads, The Four-Faced One who delights in fish, meat, blood, and fat, Supreme among the protectors of the Tathagatas, Now assuming the form of a Brahmin protector, Now accompanying the upholders of the teachings like body and shadow. On your right are the untamed hordes of darkness, Wielding and brandishing curved knives and skull cups filled with blood. I praise the great mother Yungmo Nagmo, who intoxicates and slays the vicious enemies and obstructors. On your left is the form of a blue-black wrathful mother, Stomping her feet from all directions, shaking the earth. Holding a curved knife and skull cup, dancing and laughing loudly. I praise the fierce one, for the sake of destroying enemies and obstructors. From your back, a yellow-black one, fierce and stern, Stomping and dancing, brandishing a curved knife and skull cup with power. With a loud cry, summoning all life forces. I praise the yellow-faced mother, who takes the lives of enemies of the teachings. From your front, a red-black form of a rakshasa woman, With pendulous breasts, her body smeared with blood. Holding a curved knife and skull cup, powerful against the hearts of enemies. I praise you, the swift and powerful sister. The hosts of messengers who listen to the commands of the protector, Some with inverted heads, some with beaks and claws, Some with much fat and many eyes, Some with skeletal forms and hordes of wild beasts. Some holding various weapons, Some with blood and entrails, Filling their palms, eating and running. Some binding sorcery and enemies. Some eating human corpses from the head. Some flaying living skin. Some spreading red mats of flesh. Some tearing apart red lungs and hearts. Some licking warm brains and blood. Some breaking bones into pieces. Some waving black banners.
