Focus the mind on sound, appearance, emptiness, and non-arising. Sometimes visualize the Guru Puja (Tibetan: བླ་མ་ཀུན་འདུས, Chinese literal meaning: Guru All Gathered) on a lotus and moon seat. Sometimes, in the manner of reciting a rosary, recite the mantra surrounding the Samadhi (Tibetan: ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་) deity (Sanskrit: Iṣṭa-devatā, Tibetan: སེམས་དཔའ, Chinese literal meaning: Mind Hero), without allowing the breath to pause even for a moment. Furthermore, if drowsiness or sleepiness occurs, wear thinner clothes and recite the mantra a little louder; if the mind is agitated or distracted, recite it softly, and always pay slight attention to the above. In general, according to the scriptures, for mantras with fewer than fifteen syllables, one million recitations are required. In times of strife, four times that amount must be recited, so the number of recitations here is two million four hundred thousand. However, it is evident that reciting one hundred million or even more is good. Thus, after the generation stage and recitation, the method of practicing the completion stage is: the Vajra recitation with characteristics and the yoga of Suchness without characteristics. The first is divided into coarse and subtle. The coarse is: Visualize yourself clearly as Mahākaruṇā (Tibetan: ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ), from the navel to the crown of the head, there is a central channel, white on the outside and red on the inside, as thin as an arrow shaft. On the right is the red Rasanā (Tibetan: རོ་མ་) channel, and on the left is the white Lalanā (Tibetan: རྐྱང་མ་) channel, these two channels are as thick as barley awns, curving down from the crown of the head, with the two ends inserted into the left and right nostrils. First exhale three times from the left, then from the right, then from the middle. After that, determine from which side the breath enters, visualize that entering is white Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: Oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Perfection), staying is red Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: Āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Generation), and exiting is blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: Hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Destruction), count the three breaths of entering, staying, and exiting with a rosary as appropriate. If this practice is standard, you will see the colors of the four elements of air, and there are benefits of accomplishing the four actions. The subtle is: If you have gained stability in that, or if you want to practice regularly for a short time, you can abandon the three syllables of entering, staying, and exiting, and visualize that entering is white light, staying is red, and exiting is blue. Finally, even abandon the color of the breath and focus only on the sound to practice, so that non-conceptual wisdom arises, etc. The second, without characteristics, is: After that, determine that all phenomena, including the outer and inner worlds, the container and its contents, and saṃsāra and nirvāṇa, are created by one's own mind. Also understand that the mind is like an illusion arising from the assembly of causes and conditions. Remain in equanimity as long as possible, free from all extremes of elaboration. When rising from the session, place the rosary between the palms and visualize the bodies of all the Sugatas (Tibetan: བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པ). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please bless me and all sentient beings with all the qualities and activities of the Guru. Please bless me to quickly attain the supreme accomplishment of Mahamudra and the state of the Lord of Great Compassion. After reciting this, breathe on the mala and touch it to the crown of the head. To make up for any deficiencies, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times. From emptiness, from Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:om,汉语字面意思:Om) arises a vessel made of precious jewels, vast and wide, within which, from the melting of Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:om,汉语字面意思:Om), the torma, rich in color, scent, taste, and power, transforms into a great ocean of nectar. Om Ah Hum). Recite three times.
