Holding a white lotus in the left hand, oh, how beautiful and peaceful is your form! Without blemish, your body is pure white, adorned with the perfect Buddha on your head. With eyes of compassion, you gaze upon beings, Arya Avalokiteśvara! The Dharmakaya of the Sugatas of the three times, Avalokiteśvara for the six realms of sentient beings. Eleven faces pervading like the sky, glorious Amitabha! A thousand hands like a thousand Chakravartin kings, a thousand eyes like a thousand Buddhas of the Bhadrakalpa. To whomsoever you need to tame, you show them the way, the disciplined Avalokiteśvara! Eleven faces of hundreds of thousands of Buddhas, the root face is white and beautiful. Green and red on the right and left, peaceful face! Above that, the central face is green and beautiful, the right is red, the left is white and radiant. Eyes are long and slender, face is beautiful, residing with a smile! Above that, two wrathful faces are aligned in red, two black ones are aligned, baring their fangs. The face on top is red with a crown, eleven faces! Understanding the nature of reality, palms joined at the heart, holding a rosary of uninterrupted compassion. Bestowing the supreme gift to relieve the hunger and thirst of pretas, holding a wheel in the right hand. Not stained by the mud of samsara, holding a lotus, bathing with nectar, washing away the stains of afflictions. Inseparable method and wisdom, holding a bow and arrow, to you who possess the eight liberations! The five adornments dispel all darkness, the body is white and clear, holding a deer skin. With a youthful smile, relieving the suffering of beings! The most secret wrathful one and the swirling nectar, in the center of the blazing fire. Like the seven-branch prayer from the Bhadrakalpika Sutra, I will praise: ratna mandala puspe puja megha samudra spharana samaye ah hum (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) Offering completed. Starting from 'Excellent flowers, excellent garlands,' etc., Until 'Enjoy the music of offerings.' Greed, etc., in a squatting posture. I also offer it to the mandala of the deity of great compassion, Avalokiteshvara, and its retinue. Please accept it with compassion for the benefit of beings. Having accepted it, please bless me and all beings. The ground is anointed with incense, strewn with flowers, Mount Meru, the four continents, adorned with the sun and moon, Imagining it as a Buddha-field, I offer it, May all beings enjoy it in a pure land.
