Generally and specifically, a prayer to the holders of the Sakya lineage of Jamyang Gonpo. Namo Guru Bhya! From the ocean of wisdom and compassion of all the Buddhas, Arises the two-legged lotus of joyful nature. Its heart-essence, the stamen, is fragrant with well-spoken words, I pray to the Great Compassionate Lord. Your perfectly beautiful face is like the full moon, Having perfected the four joys, you are in the state of co-emergent wisdom. You liberate the fortunate ones into the heart of definitive meaning, I pay homage to the radiant image of your body adorned with marks and signs. Through the power of being adorned with the form of the first of the clear light lineage and the Khon family, May the precious teachings of Buramshingpa, And the common and special teachings and practices of the Sakya school, Flourish and spread in all directions like the Ganges River. May the excellent spiritual friends who uphold the teachings, Especially the second Buddha, the Sakyas, The pure lineage of the teachings and its sangha, Increase and flourish. May the glorious Sakya school, the source of the Buddha's teachings, The light of teachings and practices be expanded, And the monasteries, such as Lhachen Deling, the abode of the Sangha, Increase and flourish. May the messengers of Vajradhara, The Black Cloak siblings, the protector Norkyong, etc., The five lords of action, the White Demon protectors, the Phurba protectors, etc., The power of the Dharma protectors increase. May this place and the endless earth be filled with, Timely rains from gods and nagas, abundant harvests, Peace from disease, famine, and strife, and the perfection of the golden age, Increase like the crystal moon. May the harmful-minded non-human beings, Abandon their harmful intentions and be filled with virtuous thoughts, Be free from harm, accomplish benefit, and increase their good intentions, Increase like the waxing moon. In particular, may the descendants of the holy ones prosper, May the followers be filled with joy and wisdom, May their minds be clear, their lives, merit, and possessions increase, May the lineage never be broken.
