Like planting bamboo shoots inside the body, from the bright red center (navel) to the crown of the head, there is a reddish-yellow central channel (Tibetan: དབུ་མ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: सुषुम्णा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: sushumna, literal Chinese meaning: central channel).
