te spha ra na i mam ga ga na kham grihNa dam ba lim ta ye svaha! (Literal translation: May you accept this offering and bali that pervades the sky, svaha!) Dedicate after reciting three times. With outer and inner offerings as preliminaries, accompanied by the sound of the bell. You who emanate from the activities of the Victorious Ones, destroying all demonic forces, granting attainments to practitioners, raining down desired objects like rain, I praise you! Whoever is engaged in practice, those groups who practice in perverse ways, will not change even upon seeing you, I praise you, Lord of Assemblies! A body as red and majestic as coral, speech of mantra accomplished by unobstructed activity, mind of great bliss non-duality wisdom, emanating from the supreme of bliss, I praise you! Offering water, flowers, incense, lamps, perfume, food, drinks, ornaments, and various musical instruments, may all disharmony be pacified, and may all desires be fulfilled as wished! This was written by Dharma Lord Lama. May the auspicious Lord of Assemblies enjoy this vast offering of the torma, protect the teachings of the Buddha, enhance the glory of the Three Jewels, and guard the Sangha. Especially, please protect the yogi, our teachers, patrons, dharma friends, and retinue, from all obstacles, internal, external, and secret. Increase favorable conditions, life, merit, power, wealth, retinue, enjoyment, fame, and all good qualities. In short, may all these wishes be fulfilled as desired in accordance with the Dharma. In particular, may all sentient and insentient beings, the environment and its inhabitants, be brought under my control, so that vast temporary and ultimate benefits may arise! Thus, I request the fulfillment of wishes. Visualize red rays of light emanating from your heart, striking the gaH (Tibetan, Devanagari: गः, Romanized Sanskrit: gah, Literal meaning: ga) syllable at the heart of the Lord of Assemblies in front, and the mantra surrounding it, thereby stimulating his mind, thereby controlling beings, raining down food and wealth, and bestowing all attainments. om sumbha ni sumbha hum hum phat! The mandala is extremely beautiful, pure food, lamp light, water, various kinds of drinks such as rice wine and grape wine, honey, jaggery and other sweet tastes. Congenitally produced and perfectly combined, please accept these various excellent offerings. From the magical transformations of samadhi, mantra, and mudra, I offer these supreme offerings. Complete with form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, please enjoy the offerings of desirable qualities. With self-nature pure, displaying and transforming, may the great deities be pleased by the clouds of offerings. These are the rituals concerning the Lord of Assemblies. Then, the form of the King of Desire. Purify with Amrita, cleanse with Svabhava.
