Adorned with a precious ruby crown, in front of the gate is a four-tiered horse landing, and on the top is a Dharma wheel resting on a lotus, adorned with umbrellas, deer, and various other ornaments. In the center of the palace, from 'པཾ' (Tibetan, seed syllable) arises an eight-petaled red lotus. In the center of the lotus, from 'རཾ' (Tibetan, seed syllable) arises a sun disc, upon which is a red 'ཧཱུྃ' (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum) syllable. From this syllable emanate countless rays of light like iron hooks and lassos. Offerings are made to the noble ones, pacifying the suffering of poverty for sentient beings. All vessels and contents are brought under control, transformed into red light, and absorbed into the 'ཧཱུྃ' syllable. That syllable dissolves into light, manifesting as the Great Wrathful Desiring King (Khro chen Dod pa'i rGyal po), with a body color like a ruby, blazing like a sun disc, with one face, two arms, and three eyes. The right hand holds aloft an iron hook that attracts the three realms, while the left hand holds a lasso with a threatening gesture at the heart. He sits with his right leg bent and his left leg extended. His hair is in a matted topknot, adorned with jewels and snakes. He wears a red silk upper garment and a skirt of various silks. In his lap is the consort Bliss-Increasing Mother (Yum bDe ba rGyas byed ma), with a red body, one face, two arms, and three eyes. Her right hand holds aloft an iron hook, while her left hand holds a vase filled with nectar, embracing the father. Her right leg is extended, and her left leg is bent, entwined with the father. She is adorned with precious jewels and wears a red silk upper garment and a skirt of various silks. Both the father and mother reside in the midst of blazing wisdom fire. At the heart of the father is a red 'ཧཱུྃ' syllable, surrounded by a red mantra rotating counterclockwise. From that syllable, light radiates, inviting the Great Wrathful Desiring King from Sukhavati (bDe ba can), surrounded by a host of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, offering with the five sensory offerings such as 'Om Vajra Samaja Om Vajra Puspe Ah Hum'. 'Dza Hum Bam Hoh', merging into non-duality. Again, from the 'ཧཱུྃ' syllable at the heart, light radiates, inviting the five families of empowerment deities with their retinues, offering as before with 'Om Vajra Samaja'. I beseech all the Tathagatas to grant the supreme empowerment to this one. Having thus beseeched, the Buddhas speak 'Om Vajri Bhava Abhi Kinca Hum', empowering from the crown of the head with water from a vase. The body is filled, impurities are cleansed. From the remaining water that overflows upwards, Amitabha adorns his head. On his forehead is a Dharma wheel transformed from the syllable 'Om', marked with the syllable 'Om'. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
