Q: What is the benefit of rarity? If one thinks that a rabbit's horn and a flower in the sky are also rare, then they are unlike something that is rare and has great benefits. Because the sins accumulated from countless eons are purified at the moment of seeing the great mandala. If one receives empowerment and diligently keeps vows and precepts, then practicing mantra is a means of deliverance from the distractions of the mind. If one strengthens this path by diligently reciting secret mantras, what need is there to mention cutting off the continuation of suffering in evil destinies and samsara? Therefore, you have obtained the best gain, being fully held by the wisdom, compassion, and power of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and being born into their lineage. Therefore, by relying on this supreme Mahayana path, there is no doubt that you will quickly realize the true nature of reality and become a Tathagata. Therefore, have a special joy in that goal. By generating joy in the result, Fourteenth, examining dreams and guarding against bad ones: Son, Kye Sang, you will see the mandala. Go to sleep. If you have a dream, whatever it is, tell me truthfully. ' Having said this, he prepared a comfortable bed in his practice room. The small kusha grass given by the master was spread as a pillow, and the large one as a mat. He put on clean clothes, lay down on his right side in the lion's posture, and kept the thoughts of the three poisons far away. Thinking of the deity and the guru in his mind, with the joy of 'Tomorrow I will see the mandala of the deity,' he went to sleep with mindfulness, and a prophetic dream would occur. The signs of a good dream are: seeing the Buddha in a dream is like seeing an ocean of qualities. Seeing stupas and images, and starting to make offerings to them. Hearing the Dharma from monks, or even if you don't hear it, it's fine. Discriminating the Dharma, and likewise discriminating the sutras.' and so on. In the state of dreaming, seeing the body of the Tathagata and stupas, holding sacred scriptures, they are sitting in the middle of the Sangha, listening to the Dharma from their guru, the sun and moon are rising, the king is being crowned, riding horses and elephants, basking in the sun in a cave, having Dharma discussions with monks, eating food. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dreaming of obtaining food with a hundred delicious flavors, finding treasures such as grains or storehouses, many people bowing down and paying homage to oneself, oneself teaching the Dharma to many people, meeting parents, gurus, and friends, being adorned with beautiful clothes and ornaments, etc., are all good dreams. Know that through these dreams, the accomplishment of secret mantras, whether superior or intermediate, will be achieved. Therefore, cultivate joy without attachment and hold celebrations. If bad dreams occur, that is also possible. Their omens are: climbing a mountain of red flowers, picking *karavira* flowers, climbing stupas, sand piles, and ash heaps, riding monkeys and bears with one's face turned backward, riding pigs, camels, and buffaloes, engaging in improper sexual conduct with black women wearing black clothes, entering cliffs and abysses, falling from mountains and trees, being eaten by dogs, foxes, and *yakshas*, being threatened by black men holding iron staffs, having one's hair shaved, smearing sesame oil on one's body, wearing red garlands on one's head, etc., these are all not very good omens. Immediately upon waking up, contemplate that all phenomena are no different from dream appearances, and that in reality there is no accomplishment whatsoever, consolidating this view through the practice of non-reality. And, as it is said in the instructions from the lineage of gurus of yogis possessing Buddha-nature, receive the teachings and put them into practice, perform pacifying fire pujas, etc., striving to prevent the fruition of bad dreams. On the fifteenth, in order to be empowered as a Vajra Master, offer a mandala and pray this evening. Offering the mandala is to request the empowerment of a Vajra Master. Having offered the mandala in this way, join your palms and pray with flowers, repeating the following three times: 'Having bestowed the empowerment of the irreversible wheel, the protector said to me: the wheel is the deity, and the activities of the guru, and the vows of all the Buddhas, and the precepts and the supreme secrets, for the benefit of all sentient beings, you will always be my guru.' Having prayed in this way, in short, in order to keep the general and specific vows of the five families, repeat the following three times: 'May all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas pay attention to me. I, named (so-and-so), from this time forth, until the essence of enlightenment, just as the protectors of the three times, past, present, and future, attained enlightenment, so shall I.' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
