阿 霍 玛哈 苏卡(A ho maha sukha)。 阿 霍 玛哈 苏卡(A ho maha sukha)。

Then, pray: 'Protector of the helpless, refuge of the unprotected, glory is the supreme bliss of the wheel, great compassion without cause, I am helpless, please be my protector! Just like you, the great sovereign, please bless me in the same way! In the mud of samsara, I am drowning without rescue, please save me!' Pray like this three times. Cover the face with A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: none), Kham (Tibetan: ཁཾ, Devanagari: खं, Romanized Sanskrit: kham, Literal meaning: space), Vam (Tibetan: ཝཱཾ, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vam, Literal meaning: water), I (Tibetan: ཨཱི, Devanagari: ई, Romanized Sanskrit: ī, Literal meaning: freedom), Ra (Tibetan: ར, Devanagari: र, Romanized Sanskrit: ra, Literal meaning: fire), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: seed syllable). Sprinkle nectar with Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: body), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: speech), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: mind). Visualize the Guru as Chakrasamvara in union with his consort, with white Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: body) at the forehead, red Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: speech) at the throat, blue Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: mind) at the heart, yellow Sva (Tibetan: སྭཱ, Devanagari: स्वा, Romanized Sanskrit: svā, Literal meaning: increase) at the navel, and green Ha (Tibetan: ཧཱ, Devanagari: हा, Romanized Sanskrit: hā, Literal meaning: emptiness) at both thighs. Visualize the emptiness of the Yum, from which arises the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: none) transforming into a red three-petaled lotus, from the letter Dyam (Tibetan: དྱཾ, Devanagari: द्यं, Romanized Sanskrit: dyaṃ, Literal meaning: seed syllable of Yum) arises a white stamen marked with the letter Dyam (Tibetan: དྱཾ, Devanagari: द्यं, Romanized Sanskrit: dyaṃ, Literal meaning: seed syllable of Yum). Visualize the emptiness of the Yab's secret place, from which arises the letter Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: seed syllable) transforming into a blue single-pointed vajra, from the letter Bhem (Tibetan: བྱེཾ, Devanagari: भें, Romanized Sanskrit: bheṃ, Literal meaning: seed syllable of Yab) arises a red jewel marked with the letter Bhem (Tibetan: བྱེཾ, Devanagari: भें, Romanized Sanskrit: bheṃ, Literal meaning: seed syllable of Yab). Recite: Om Sarva Tathagata Anuraagana Vajra Svabhava Atmako'ham. Thus entering into samadhi, the light from the seed syllable at the heart invites all the Buddhas of the ten directions, merging from the crown of the head, transforming into the fire of joy at the heart, dissolving into light, transforming into Bodhicitta, manifesting the sequence of the four joys starting from the crown of the head. At the tip of the jewel, stabilize the nature of co-emergent wisdom, and place it on your tongue. Recite thus, and taste the nectar: 'This is a precious drink, which accomplishes the Vajra of the body, you should always know this, and drink the water born from the mind.' A ho maha sukha. Recite thus and taste. Visualize that the Yum also bestows nectar from the lotus, and taste the nectar. 'From now on, you should benefit beings with virtuous conduct, Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas, Shudras, as well as outcasts and women, practice in the lotus, and accomplish the nectar.' A ho maha sukha. Recite thus and taste, the eighty kinds of self-nature discriminations cease. Visualize generating the samadhi adorned with clear light and bliss, recite Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: body), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: speech), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: mind), and remove the mask. Thus one enters and sees the secret Bodhicitta mandala, obtains the secret empowerment, mainly purifying the obscurations of speech, just like sowing undamaged seeds in fertile land. One has the authority to practice the vows of the five meats and five nectars, and to practice the yoga of the channels, winds, and bindus, and obtains perfect enjoyment.
