在唱诵了一首悦耳的歌之后，稍微放松身心，在自然而然的禅定中稍作安住。皈依根本和传承的上师们，以及本尊坛城中的勇士和瑜伽母众，您们拥有智慧的明辨、慈爱的悲悯、事业的加持、救护的能力、赐予的成就、殊胜的谛语等等无量功德。祈请您们使我们修持解脱圣法时，没有魔障和阻碍，使见解、禅修、行为等等瑜伽的功德，越来越增上，迅速获得无上菩提。也祈请您们使今生中，疾病、邪魔、障碍和阻碍等等修持圣法的内外违缘和损害，全部不发生。饮食、住所、衣服、受用等等，没有任何关联和匮乏，使所有资具都如意宝般自然成就，用于供养上师和瑜伽自在者们。祈请您们使勇士和瑜伽母众汇聚，一切成就如雨般降下，使一切愿望都如意实现。祈请您们使空行护法誓言海众汇聚，使四种事业自然成就。祈请您们使自性大圆满的意义得以显现，无需努力和勤作，使身、语、意的行为、言说、思维、显现全部都成为法性的游舞，证得常久的禅定、不忘失的总持、无碍的智慧、解脱的觉性、如河流般的自信、如金刚般的寿命、自然成就的事业、不可思议的力量、无量的神变、取之不尽的殊胜法藏，并能自在掌控。祈请您们使一切如来心意的无上秘密得以显现，使一切法自性清净的光明坛城中，化现为身与智慧
English
After singing a pleasant song, relax your body and mind for a moment, and rest in natural meditation for a while. I prostrate to the root and lineage gurus, and to the assembly of heroes and yoginis in the mandala of the yidam. You possess immeasurable qualities such as the wisdom of discernment, the compassion of love, the blessings of activities, the ability to protect, the granting of accomplishments, and the sublime words of truth. I pray that when we practice the holy Dharma of liberation, there will be no demons or obstacles, and that all the merits of yoga, such as view, meditation, and conduct, will increase more and more, and that we will quickly attain unsurpassed enlightenment. I also pray that in this very life, all the external and internal adverse conditions and harms that hinder the practice of the holy Dharma, such as diseases, evil spirits, obstacles, and hindrances, will not occur. May there be no connection or lack of food, drink, shelter, clothing, enjoyment, etc., and may all resources be naturally accomplished like a wish-fulfilling jewel, to be used to offer to the gurus and yogic masters. I pray that the assembly of heroes and yoginis will gather, and all accomplishments will fall like rain, so that all wishes will be fulfilled as desired. I pray that the assembly of dakinis and oath-bound protectors will gather, and that the four activities will be naturally accomplished. I pray that the meaning of the Great Perfection of self-nature will be revealed, and without effort or exertion, all actions, speech, thoughts, and appearances of body, speech, and mind will arise as the play of Dharma-nature, attaining constant samadhi, unfailing retention, unobstructed wisdom, liberated awareness, river-like confidence, vajra-like life, spontaneously accomplished activities, inconceivable power, immeasurable miracles, and an inexhaustible treasury of excellent Dharma, and be able to control them freely. I pray that the unsurpassed secret of the mind of all the Tathagatas will be revealed, and that all dharmas will manifest as body and wisdom in the naturally pure and luminous mandala.

祈愿在无有分离的法界中，四种显现的意义达到究竟，获得生死自在，成就大迁转之身。在尚未如此成就之前，也请不要片刻追随今生的散乱和世间八法等不如法之事，以执持三学和广闻博学的智慧宝藏，令上师圣者们欢喜，证悟深广之法的实相，精勤修持，以获得殊胜和共同的成就，日夜恒常以法度日，以四摄利乐有情，毫无厌倦和偏袒。临终之际，也请免除断命的痛苦，以及恶缘的连接，证悟甚深之义，满怀喜悦，充满欢喜，由上师、本尊、空行众迎接，引领至原始法界，以奇妙的瑞相，调伏一切众生。在中阴时，也请证悟法性之义，不堕入有中阴的悬崖，圆满稳固于任运自成珍宝之藏中。如果显现的境界转为其他，也请关闭六道轮回的胎门，游历自性化身佛的刹土，在与初始怙主普贤王如来无别的地上任运成就。如果因为未曾精通甚深修习之海，而趋向其他有，也请获得具有殊胜功德的天身，一出生就与佛法相遇。以如理修行的自在，令上师圣者们欢喜，以完全执持戒律、禅定和智慧之蕴，追随一切法之蕴，以精勤修持为核心，获得无上甘露，证得密咒之究竟成就，在此生获得普贤王如来无上菩提之果位。 如此祈祷。然后黎明时分，在正行中以方便智慧调伏，安住于大圆满之义。
English
May the meaning of the four appearances be perfected in the indivisible realm, may I gain mastery over birth and death, and may the body of great transference be accomplished. Until that is accomplished, may I not for a moment follow the distractions of this life and the eight worldly concerns, etc., which are not in accordance with the Dharma. May I please the holy gurus by holding the three trainings and the treasury of vast learning, may I realize the ultimate truth of the profound and vast Dharma, and may I make diligent practice the essence, so that I may attain supreme and common siddhis and spend day and night constantly in Dharma. May I work for the benefit of sentient beings with the four means of attraction, without weariness or partiality. At the time of death, may I be free from the suffering of cutting the vital point and the connection of bad circumstances, may the profound meaning be realized, and with joy and delight, may I be greeted by the assembly of gurus, yidams, and dakinis, led to the primordial realm, and may I completely subdue all beings with wondrous signs. In the bardo, may the meaning of reality be realized, may I not see the precipice of the bardo of existence, and may I perfect stability in the spontaneously accomplished precious womb. Even if the field of appearance changes to another, may the womb doors of the six realms of delusion be closed, may I travel to the pure land of the self-existing nirmanakaya, and may I spontaneously accomplish on the ground inseparable from the primordial protector Samantabhadra. Even if I turn to another existence because I have not mastered the ocean of profound practice, may I obtain a heavenly body with special qualities and meet the Dharma as soon as I am born. With the freedom to practice properly, may I please the holy gurus, and by completely holding the aggregates of morality, samadhi, and wisdom, may I follow all the aggregates of Dharma, and by making diligent practice the essence, may I obtain the supreme nectar and attain the ultimate siddhi of the secret mantra, so that I may attain the supreme state of enlightenment of Samantabhadra in this life. Thus I pray. Then, at the dawn session, in the main practice, subdue the wisdom of means and rest in the meaning of the Great Perfection.
