ས་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་དམ་ཚིག་བསྲུང་བར་ཞལ་བཞེས་པའི། །རྡོ་རྗེའི་གདུང་འཚོབ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །བཀོད་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དམ་ཚིག་འབུམ་སྡེ་ལས། །ཡོ་ག་རྣམ་པ་བཞི་ཡི་དོན་ཆེད་དུ། །མཁྱེན་རབ་མཆོག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པའི་མཁས་པ་ཡིས། །ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་མདོར་བསྡུས་གྲངས་མང་པོ། ། རྟོགས་ནས་བསྲུང་ཞིང་བསྒྲུབ་པར་དམ་བཅས་པའི། །ཚུལ་ལ་གཞུང་བཞིན་བསྙེན་སྒྲུབ་རྔོ་མ་ཐོགས། །མ་རིག་དབང་གིས་ལུས་དང་ངག་སེམས་ཀྱིས། ། །ཚིག་བརླང་ལ་སོགས་དམ་ཚིག་རྣམ་ལྔ་ནི། །གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པའི་ངང་དུ་མཉམ་སྦྱར་ནས། །འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་དུ་གཞུང་བཞིན་སྤྱད་རྒྱུ་ལ། །བཀའ་དང་གཞུང་བཞིན་སྤྱད་པར་མ་གྱུར་ཏེ། །མ་རིག་ལོག་པར་རྟོག་པའི་ཉེས་བྱས་ཀྱིས། །སྦྱང་བྱའི་དམ་ཚིག་ཉམས་པ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །མི་སྤང་བ་ཡི་དམ་ཚིག་རྣམ་ལྔ་ལ། །འདོད་ཆགས་ཞེ་སྡང་གཏི་མུག་ང་རྒྱལ་དང༌། །ཕྲག་དོག་ལ་སོགས་ཉོན་མོངས་རྣམ་ལྔ་ནི། །ཡེ་ནས་རིགས་ལྔའི་རང་བཞིན་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར། །སླན་ཆད་ཀྱང་གཅོད་ཅིང་བསྡམ་པར་བགྱིད་ལགས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་དོན་གྱི་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་མ་རྟོགས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་འགྱོད་པ་སྐྱེས་ནས་སྟོན་པ་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་པོའི་སྤྱན་སྔར་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས་ནི་སྤྲོས་དང་བྲལ་བ་ལ། །གཟུང་འཛིན་གཉིས་སུ་ལྟ་བ་ཐང་རེ་ཆད། །དངོས་པོ་མཚན་མར་འཛིན་པ་ཉོན་རེ་མོངས། །སྤྲོས་མེད་བདེ་ཆེན་ཀློང་དུ་བཤགས་པར་བགྱི། །ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་པོ་བཟང་ངན་མེད་པ་ལ། །གཙང་དང་སྨེ་བར་ལྟ་བ་ཐང་རེ་ཆད། བཟང་དང་ངན་པར་འཛིན་པ་ཉོན་རེ་མོངས། །ཀུན་བཟང་བདེ་ཆེན་ཀློང་དུ་བཤགས་པར་བགྱི། །ཉམས་པ་ཉིད་ལ་ཆེ་ཆུང་མེད་པ་ལ། ། བདག་དང་གཞན་དུ་ལྟ་བ་ཐང་རེ་ཆད། །ཆེ་ཆུང་གཉིས་སུ་འཛིན་པ་ཉོན་རེ་མོངས། 祈请大地垂听！ 誓愿守护瑜伽誓言的， 金刚传承的继承者们也请垂听！ 从布置之王誓言百万部中， 为了四种瑜伽的意义， 凭借智慧最为超胜的智者们， 将二十八种誓言简略归纳成众多数量， 领悟后誓愿守护和修持的， 按照仪轨进行念诵修持却未见成效。 由于无明的力量，身语意， 以放逸的方式违背了誓言， 放纵己愿，超越了守护的界限， 未能领悟，不加守护，修持的力量弱小， 从根本和支分衰损的誓言中， 违背、错谬、衰损之处，我皆忏悔。 对于金刚上师、道友和金刚姐妹， 以邪见、恶意、盗窃、抢夺、殴打等， 恶语相向，并实际造成损害， 身之誓言衰损，我皆忏悔。 秘密十事等口诀的交付， 总的四种秘密和中间的四种秘密等， 誓言衰损、誓言混杂、无誓言， 言语泄露，行为粗暴， 语之誓言衰损，我皆忏悔。 本尊的禅定昏沉散乱， 五种手印未能如仪轨般明晰， 导致真言念诵的核心中断， 意之誓言衰损，我皆忏悔。 对于应当行持的五种誓言， 交媾、度脱、未给予而取、妄语， 粗语等五种誓言， 在无二的状态中平等结合后， 为了利益众生而如仪轨般行持， 未能如佛语和仪轨般行持， 由于无明邪见的过失， 应舍弃的誓言衰损，我皆忏悔。 对于不可舍弃的五种誓言， 贪欲、嗔恨、愚痴、傲慢， 嫉妒等五种烦恼， 本来就是五部佛的自性， 因此发誓秘密守护和修持， 作为密咒修持的基础，是种姓的差别， 领悟后本应安住于不可舍弃的状态， 却未能如此领悟，任由烦恼自行其是， 不可舍弃的誓言衰损，我皆忏悔。 对于应当信受的五种誓言， 大便、小便、红花、精液， 肉等五种誓言物， 成就四种和存在三种等， 各自

Listen, Earth! Listen also, you Vajra heirs who have vowed to keep the vows of yoga! From the hundred thousand sections of the arranged king of vows, for the sake of the meaning of the four yogas, by the scholars who are supreme in wisdom, the many numbers of the twenty-eight condensed vows, having realized and vowed to protect and accomplish them, the approach and accomplishment according to the scriptures have not been effective. Due to the power of ignorance, with body, speech, and mind, in a careless manner, I have violated the vows, indulging my own desires, exceeding the limits of protection, not realizing, not protecting, and having little power of accomplishment. From the vows that have deteriorated in root and branch, I confess all violations, errors, and deteriorations. To the Vajra master, Dharma brothers and sisters, with wrong views, evil thoughts, theft, robbery, beatings, etc., speaking ill and actually causing harm, I confess the deterioration of the body vow. Entrusting the secret instructions such as the ten secrets, the four general secrets and the four intermediate secrets, etc., the deterioration of vows, mixed vows, and absence of vows, leaking words and being coarse in conduct, I confess the deterioration of the speech vow. The samadhi of the yidam deity is distracted and agitated, the five mudras are not clear according to the scriptures, causing interruption to the essence of mantra recitation, I confess the deterioration of the mind vow. Regarding the five vows to be practiced, intercourse, liberation, taking what is not given, and lying, the five vows such as harsh words, having equally combined them in the state of non-duality, in order to benefit beings, they should be practiced according to the scriptures, but I have not practiced according to the Buddha's words and the scriptures. Due to the faults of ignorance and wrong thoughts, I confess the deterioration of the vows to be abandoned. Regarding the five vows that are not to be abandoned, desire, hatred, delusion, pride, and jealousy, etc., the five afflictions, since they are originally the nature of the five families, therefore, having vowed to secretly protect and accomplish them, as the basis for secret mantra accomplishment, as the distinction of the family, having realized that they should abide in a state of non-abandonment, but not realizing this, I have indulged the afflictions at will. I confess the deterioration of the vows not to be abandoned. Regarding the five vows to be believed in, feces, urine, menstrual blood, semen, and meat, etc., the five vow substances, such as the four accomplishments and the three existences, each

意的种种分别全部清净，成就悉地的甚深方便，以无分别之方式接受，却未修持二无之见，观瞻净秽而不如法行持，违犯应守护之誓言，我忏悔！应知之誓言共有五种，即五蕴与五大种，五色与五境、五根，五识与五部、五智。因见解低下而未能如是了悟，未能从声闻等下乘，生起超胜之证悟，违犯应知之誓言，我忏悔！应修之誓言共有五种，即金刚部与如来部，宝生部与莲花部，事业部等五佛。此乃应修之果，当以不懈之禅修三摩地，成就五部之果，然因努力微小，禅修短暂，至今尚未获得成就之果，违犯应修之誓言，我忏悔！如是等等，违背大誓言之经论，所造诸罪，违逆智慧本尊与具誓护法，以及空行母众之意者，深感惭愧，至诚忏悔，祈请宽恕！违逆金刚上师、道友金刚兄弟姊妹，以及瑜伽具誓者之意者，违犯誓言，至诚忏悔，祈请宽恕！我以专注无伪之心，以无欺之意，献上此忏悔，祈愿我之过失罪障悉皆清净，于此生即获得持明果位，祈请赐予加持、威光、功德、能力与力量，以及身语意之悉地！ 吽，祈请垂念！我等进入密咒金刚乘之门，然未守护根本与支分之大誓言，未能将见行如海般运用，亲近罪恶之友，为业与烦恼所控，诽谤金刚上师，不敬三宝，以邪见看待道友金刚兄弟姊妹，不敬父母，损害众生，造作十不善业，造作五无间罪

Purifying all conceptualizations of the mind, the great means to attain siddhis, accepting it in a non-conceptual manner, but not practicing the non-duality view, looking at purity and impurity and not acting accordingly, violating the vows to be kept, I confess! The vows to be known are fivefold, namely the five skandhas and the five great elements, the five colors and the five objects, the five senses, the five consciousnesses and the five families, the five wisdoms. Because of inferior views, I have not understood it as such, and have not arisen from the lower vehicles such as the Shravakas, a superior realization, violating the vows to be known, I confess! The vows to be practiced are fivefold, namely the Vajra family and the Tathagata family, the Ratna family and the Padma family, the Karma family and so on, the five Buddhas. This is the fruit to be practiced, by means of tireless meditation samadhi, to attain the fruit of the five families, but because of small effort and short meditation, the fruit of accomplishment has not yet been attained, violating the vows to be practiced, I confess! Thus, and so on, violating the scriptures of the great vows, by the misdeeds committed, whatever contradicts the mind of the wisdom deities and the oath-bound protectors, and the ocean of Dakinis, I am deeply ashamed and regretful, I ask for forgiveness! Whatever contradicts the mind of the Vajra Guru, the Vajra brothers and sisters, and the oath-bound yogis, violating the vows, I sincerely confess, I ask for forgiveness! I offer this confession with a single-pointed and unfeigned heart, with an unwavering mind, may all my impairments and sins be purified, and may I attain the Vidyadhara level in this very life, please grant the blessings, splendor, merit, ability and power, and the siddhis of body, speech and mind! Ho, please consider! We have entered the gate of the Secret Mantra Vajrayana, but have not kept the great vows of the root and branches, have not used the view and conduct like an ocean, have associated with evil friends, have been controlled by karma and afflictions, have slandered the Vajra Guru, have disrespected the Three Jewels, have viewed the Vajra brothers and sisters with wrong views, have disrespected parents, have harmed sentient beings, have committed the ten non-virtuous deeds, have committed the five heinous crimes.
