诸佛菩萨众眷属，如母慈爱如姊怜。善恶秉持无偏颇，内外空行瑜伽母。祈请尊念誓愿力，慈悲垂念瑜伽士。为利有情发菩提，为证无上菩提果。教海律仪及戒律，身语意合三昧耶。金刚不坏誓句藏，共同特殊诸誓言。往昔已受今亦持，永不舍弃不违越。不离正道无异心，莫以懈怠生懒惰。不入空性力微弱，不具正念为放逸。不勤修持怠慢等，根本身语意誓言。有知无知无明故，违背本师之教言。任何瑜伽破誓者，刹那亦勿与彼遇。如是教言未领悟，秘密泄露难辨别。神通微弱未觉察，破戒混杂罪堕增。为破戒者宣说，不敬破戒之过患。与破戒者相处，染污罪垢祈宽恕。今生之障碍及罪障，自责忏悔发露诸罪。慈悲哀悯念我等，无二法界不变加持。不住于无缘平等中，祈赐无二真实之灌顶。于胜义无缘离戏论，任何分别念皆不生。然以世俗如幻之显现，若有错谬祈请宽恕。吽 (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)。智慧本尊空行母，内外轮涅尽祈念。长久依止所修本尊，护法誓愿海众祈垂念。金刚上师道友金刚兄妹，持明成就修行众

May the assembly of deities, loving like a mother and compassionate like a sister, impartial in judging good and bad, the hosts of inner and outer dakinis and yoginis, and the powerful vajra-vowed ones, please consider! We yogis, heirs of compassion, generate the mind of enlightenment for the sake of beings, and in order to attain the supreme state, we uphold the individual disciplines and precepts of the ocean of teachings, the supreme samaya that unites body, speech, and mind, and the ultimate commitment of the indestructible vajra. We have received and vowed to uphold all the common, special, and extraordinary samayas, both in the past and now. We will never abandon or transgress them, and although we have no intention of straying from the path or turning back, due to laziness and the thought of future enjoyment, we have not fully realized the emptiness, our strength is weak, we lack mindfulness, and we are overcome by carelessness. We do not diligently practice meditation, we neglect recitation and accomplishment, and so on. From the root samayas of body, speech, and mind, through awareness or unawareness, due to ignorance, we have violated the teachings of the Teacher and the samayas. It is said that one should not even meet for a moment with any yogi who has broken their samaya, but we have not understood this. By divulging secrets, it is difficult to distinguish between what is and is not permissible. Due to weak clairvoyance, we have not recognized those with faults, and we have accumulated faults by mixing with those who have broken their vows. We have taught the Dharma to those who are not vessels, and we have not refrained from speaking about the faults of those who have broken their vows. By associating with those who have broken their vows, we have become stained by the faults and defilements of broken vows. We confess and reveal all the obstacles of this life and the obscurations of the future, with remorse and regret. With loving compassion, please consider us, and from the indivisible space, bestow your unchanging blessings. Abiding in the state of non-conceptual equanimity, please grant us the empowerment of the indivisible meaning. In the ultimate reality, which is free from conceptualization and elaboration, no thoughts arise. However, due to the power of conventional illusion, if there are any faults, please forgive us.
