While residing in Ba Gangte Ser, it was taught to Branka Murti, Ba Manjushri, and Vairochana. The transmission from them is the Early Translation School. Padma empowered Nyak Jñanakumara and Nganlam Gyalwa Chokyang in Chimphu, translated it into Sanskrit, and taught it in India, which is known as the Intermediate Translation School. Vimala taught Nyak Jñanakumara and Ma Rinchen Chok in the spontaneously accomplished intermediate chamber of Samye, which is the Later Translation School. The order of this Kagyu lineage is that it was transmitted to all three of them. Ma Rinchen Chok was a student of both Vairochana and Nyak Jñanakumara. He transmitted it to Gye Re Chokyong, and in sequence, Darje Palgyi Drakpa, Nub Sangye Yeshe, Pagor Lonchen Phakpa, Dan Yonten Chok, Ge Salwai Jangchub, Gya Sopon Zhonnu, Gar Tsultrim Zangpo, Rongpa Chokyi Zangpo, Tsur Yeshe Wangpo, Dan Chokyi Wangchuk. The guru of Zhang Chok, Kyi Yonten Jungne, Sopon Zhonnu Dondrup, he taught Guru Drime Ozer to me. There are other lama lineages as well, but I will not write them down due to the abundance of words, nor will I elaborate. Secondly, the general framework for initiating discussion and connection has three points: the appearance of impure delusion, its antidote is the appearance of pure deities, and the appearance of the various vehicles taught by it. The first point has three: identifying the basis of delusion, determining the manner of delusion, and how it appears during delusion. The first point is: the nature of reality is like space, inseparable from the essence of the Sugata, which is emptiness in nature and unceasing in appearance. Although delusion is not established in its essence, the basis of delusion is not contradictory due to conditions, just as images appear unceasingly on the clean surface of a mirror or in the clear ocean. As it is said here: Alas, from the essence of the Sugata, it is emanated by the karma of one's own thoughts. Thus, since the basis of delusion is made from what is without essence, delusion is also like an image, without true nature. It abides in the nature of reality, like space, which is free from bondage and liberation from the beginning. If it is said that what is not established anywhere is not suitable as the basis of delusion, then just as space itself is the basis of everything, the nature of reality is also the basis of delusion for objects.
