With few desires, naturally accomplish the benefit of others. Convey this message to the biased superiors. To govern subordinates, the laws must be strict. To gather information, the mind must be broad. Strive for virtue and be cautious of sin. Convey this message to all elders. When setting standards, there should be no favoritism. Public affairs should be comprehensive, considering both immediate and long-term consequences. In all matters, be deliberative. Convey this message to all people. Respect elders and do not be swayed by the opinions of wives. Be honest in heart and have a long-term perspective. Subdue enemies, support relatives, and be meticulous in farming. Convey this message to all village women. Respect lords and be kind to servants. Be diligent in work and patient in temperament. Be generous with food and make relatives and friends happy. Convey this message to all young men. Be brave and intelligent, pleasant to associate with. Keep secrets and listen to the advice of elders. Love relatives and be strict in work. Convey this message to all young women. Possess smiles and respectful language, pay attention to hygiene. Be calm in temperament and pay attention to adornment and divination. Dislike frivolity and be pleasing. Convey this message to all young children. Reduce harm and listen to the words of parents. Be very steady and strive to learn knowledge. Make all beings happy.
