在寂静的处所中，年老时更应前往更高的寂静处。所有具缘者都应如此行持，前往寂静的山腰修行。安乐自在就在寂静的处所中，安乐寂静处是金刚歌。以广阔的胸怀欢快地歌唱，愿此善行使如虚空般的众生，皆能现前菩提，成就佛果。出自《安乐寂静处母》，赞叹功德品第三。名为《安乐寂静处母》，由无偏颇的瑜伽士杂色自解脱所说。瑜伽士我也前往寂静处，所有具缘者也都前往寂静处。恒常依止寂静的处所，务必成办究竟的大义。善哉！善哉！善哉！ ༈ 当法王上师住在任运成就洲（Lhün Drub Gling）时，为具缘者唱诵了这首将苦恼解脱为法性的金刚歌。 纳摩古汝贝（藏文，梵文天城体，namo guru bhyaḥ，汉语字面意思：顶礼 गुरु गुरु गुरु）。 大乐不变法身中，恒常安住无迁变，以悲悯引导诸有情，顶礼普贤上师足。 诸法本初即无生，平等圆满菩提心之界，苦恼无基空性中，不悦之名亦不存。 觉性空性本自清净，一切皆是甚深法性界，苦恼无基空性中，不悦之名亦不存。 法界如虚空般空明，三时无迁变之界，不适意之感皆解脱，不悦之名亦不存。 心性本元遍布广大，光明自生智慧之界，痛苦离基法性中，不悦之名亦不存。 苦恼乃由心所造，痛苦乃由心所立，痛苦乃由自所为，不悦之名亦不存。 执着不悦乃自心，其无颜色与事物，观之空明如虚空，不悦之名亦不存。 执着愤怒乃自心，若细察则无根无物，观之如云雾消散于空，不悦之名亦不存。 灰心丧气乃自心，若摧毁则本空无物，观之如虚空般空旷，不悦之名亦不存。 执着忧伤乃自心，若审

In a secluded hermitage, grow old and ascend to even higher seclusion. All fortunate ones should do likewise, going to meditate on a solitary mountainside. Blissful ease resides in the hermitage. The blissful hermitage is a vajra song. With a vast expanse of mind, joyfully sing. By this virtue, may all beings equal to the sky, manifestly awaken to enlightenment and attain Buddhahood. From "The Mother of Blissful Hermitage," the third chapter, Praise of Qualities. This is called "The Mother of Blissful Hermitage," spoken by the impartial yogi, Various Self-Liberations. Dharmadhatu is empty and clear like the sky, The realm of unchanging three times, The feeling of unease is completely liberated, Even the name of displeasure does not exist. Since the nature of mind is primordially pervasive, The realm of self-arisen, clear light wisdom, In the nature of reality, free from the root of pain, Even the name of displeasure does not exist. Suffering is made by the mind, Pain is labeled by the mind, Suffering is done by oneself, Even the name of displeasure does not exist. Holding onto displeasure is one's own mind, It has no color or object, Look, it is like the empty and clear sky, Even the name of displeasure does not exist. Holding onto anger is one's own mind, If examined, there is no root or object, Look, it is like vapor dissolving in the sky, Even the name of displeasure does not exist. Discouragement and despair are one's own mind, If destroyed, it is primordially empty, Look, it is like the empty space, Even the name of displeasure does not exist.
