Now I am a wandering ascetic, I have no name, form, male or female. The ocean of bliss has surged forth, It has been years since I abandoned the world. Now I have let go of attachment to this life, I have no burden of the eight worldly concerns. The ocean of bliss has surged forth, It has been years since I was born without purpose. Now I offer whatever arises as accumulation, I have no miserliness or suffering. The ocean of bliss has surged forth, It has been years since I entered the Dharma. Now I possess the vows of the three trainings, I have no degeneration or decay. The ocean of bliss has surged forth, It has been years since I studied and contemplated. Now I am skilled in the words and their meaning, I have no doubt or hesitation. The ocean of bliss has surged forth, It has been years since I studied Sutras and Tantras. Now I understand the outer and inner doctrines, I have no conceptual arrogance. The ocean of bliss has surged forth, It has been years since I relied on the holy ones. Now I have received the blessings of the superiors, I have no artificial devotion. The ocean of bliss has surged forth, It has been years since I completed the four empowerments. Now I am in the state of generation and completion, union, I have no ordinary illusions or thoughts. The ocean of bliss has surged forth, It has been years since I studied without bias. Now I am skilled in all instructions, I have no attachment to one side. The ocean of bliss has surged forth, It has been years since I realized the true nature. Now I am in the state of Dharma exhausted, mind transcended, I have no views clinging to extremes. The ocean of bliss has surged forth, It has been years since I meditated on the Dharma. Now I am in the state of self-awareness, clear light, I have no empty meditation or dullness. The ocean of bliss has surged forth, It has been years since I abandoned grasping at reality. Now my mind is one with the Buddhas, like space, Views and intentions have reached their end. The ocean of bliss has surged forth, It has been years since I abandoned grasping at objects. Now I am in the state of primordial Dharma, Meditation has transcended the mind. The ocean of bliss has surged forth, It has been years since I abandoned acceptance and rejection. Now I am in the state of self-liberated Dharma, Actions are free from pretense and goals. The ocean of bliss has surged forth, It has been years since I abandoned hope and fear. Now I am in the state of transparent Dharma, The fruit is self-born wisdom. The ocean of bliss has surged forth, By the kindness of the glorious protector Lama, Whatever I do, I am happy, However I do it, I am at peace.

All food, wealth, enjoyment, and possessions, It's best to hide them as a treasure of generosity. Consider the way high positions turn low, It's like being deceived by pride and wealth. Always holding a humble position, It's best to practice the sacred Dharma properly. Powerlessly engaging in sinful actions, It's like being deceived by worldly rulers. For this life and the next, the one who shows the path of goodness, It's best to rely on the holy Lama. The Dharma of samsara, which is always suffering, It's like being deceived by the illusions of this life. The supreme Dharma of liberation, the peaceful Dharma, It's best to meditate on the profound suchness. Attachment, clinging, the basis of afflictions, It's like being deceived by dear friends and retinue. Day and night, passing the three doors with Dharma, It's best to associate with Dharma-practicing friends. The prison of samsara, filled with thorns, It's like being deceived by homeland and home. A place secluded from attachment, hatred, and busyness, It's best to frequent mountain retreats and monasteries. The busyness of delusion passes day and night, It's like being deceived by distraction and busyness. All the activities of this life, which are illusory appearances, It's best to completely abandon them.
