No matter how long you meditate, there are no signs of accomplishment, You don't see the immeasurable qualities of liberation, Seeing that meditating and not meditating are the same, Engaging in meditative practice is extremely difficult. In short, abiding in the peaceful meditation of reality, And the practitioner who engages in practice is difficult to do, Because there are many contradictions, it is the basis of doubt, Engaging in meditative practice is extremely difficult. When this was said, In order to dispel the great arrogance of misunderstanding this meaning, That supreme rabbit said: Through meditation, one can bring the ocean of existence to an end, Reach the excellent liberation, the island of peace, Relying on the place of the great ship of meditation, Please continuously listen to the garland of qualities. Although the peaceful Suchness is extremely difficult to do, It is not difficult to obtain with profound means, Following the practice of undistracted samadhi, Please practice the meditation of the profound meaning essence. Although there are countless ways on the path of cause and effect, If you diligently practice the essence of each profound path, You will surely obtain the corresponding result, Please practice the meditation of the profound meaning essence. With the noble ones and your own mind as witnesses, There is no fault in seeking peace, Even if you are belittled by everyone, you don't need to be afraid, Please practice the meditation of the profound meaning essence. With contentment, accept favorable conditions, Even if others belittle you, it is a companion for practicing the Dharma, In accordance with the Dharma, there is no regret, Please practice the meditation of the profound meaning essence. Guarding the three doors of body, speech, and mind, making your mind unwavering, Not believing in honest and frank words, Subsequently generating anger is foolish, Please practice the meditation of the profound meaning essence.
