Possessing. From the crown of the head to the entire body, pervading is the place of Vajradhara or the great wheel of gathering. That is, when the bindu vajra goes from the root to the tip, those are the places of the cause, When coming from the tip inwards, there is a custom of wanting to complete by combining the places with the fruit, Here, it is combined with the order of upper stability and lower stability by the guru's oral instructions. Likewise, the six clairvoyances and the marks and examples are also complete, By guiding the bindu to its own place through skillful means, it is the clairvoyance of remembering the previous abode. The bindu moving back and forth is the clairvoyance of miraculous power. The bliss-emptiness, devoid of expression, is the divine ear. Seeing the three realms of the Buddhas is the divine eye. Bliss without clinging to it is the undefiled divine nose; the father and mother know how to taste each other, which is the clairvoyance of knowing the minds of others. The sixteen joys of the father and mother, the union of the sun and moon, are the thirty-two marks. Each of the sixteen joys of the father's lunar bindu possesses five wisdoms, so there are eighty minor marks; the mother does not possess them because the nature of reality is emptiness. The meaning of these is also stated in the Ocean: By reversing with skillful means, one knows the previous abode. Going back and forth, miracles clarify the prophecies. Hearing similar sounds of speech clarifies the three realms. The undefiled aggregates, elements, and realms. The bliss of Āli and Kāli. Intermingling and knowing as one. Sixteen faces possess two marks. One side possesses five wisdoms. Eighty forbearance and so on arise from the cause, surpassing the bindu, the non-duality is the great bliss itself. That is, in the vehicle of cause, it is believed that clairvoyance and marks can be obtained through virtues created externally, such as forbearance, which is superior to that custom. Secondly, the way to practice after knowing is that, because the wind-mind is workable, it is stimulated by the bliss of enjoying the action seal, Generating the father and mother as deities, Blessing the vajra and lotus in the secret space, Descending the bindu, Holding the vajra vase, Straightening it upwards like threading a Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,seed syllable) with a thread, Spreading it throughout the entire body, All of these are in the state of the Great Perfection of the complete nature, the self-nature is non-dual.

Placed in equality. Its result is the swift attainment of supreme and common accomplishments. With the mudra of Ali Kali. Everything, everything will be accomplished. Thus it is. Third, the practice of its companion, Caṇḍālī, is from the Ocean: Ignite the fire of undefiled bliss. It is said to pour on the burnt offering. Thus, at the point four fingers below the navel, the three channels converge, in short, short Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Chinese literal meaning: Ā) is the nature of fire, the touch is extremely hot, focus the mind on the size of a mustard seed. Once it is stable, the fire burns as large as a thumb, filling the inside of the three channels of the body, including the channel petals, burning away karma and obscurations. The stream of pure white and red nectar from the Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) at the crown of the head, contemplate that the entire inside of the body is filled with bliss and emptiness. By meditating in this way, warmth arises and it is a supreme method for generating the wisdom of bliss and emptiness. Second, there are two paths of liberation: meditating on the samādhi of the appearing deity, and meditating on the samādhi of emptiness as suchness. The first is: in the state of meditating on the deity's illusory body, whatever arising feelings and thoughts arise, take them into the generation stage. Through its power, all qualities such as samādhi are accomplished, because single-pointedness of mind is the nature and cause of samādhi. The second is: in equipoise, without duality between the appearing object and the mind that grasps it, without distraction on whatever appears, rest naturally, and naturally abide in the meaning of non-duality. In the post-meditation, appearances are like illusions, awareness is self-liberated, practice diligently in the Great Perfection of Dharmatā. By practicing in this way, śamatha, which is the abiding of the mind, and vipaśyanā, which realizes the meaning of no-self-nature, arise in union. Thus, by meditating on vipaśyanā that is held by śamatha, afflictions are suppressed and uprooted, as it is said in "Expanding Wisdom": Śamatha suppresses afflictions. Supreme vipaśyanā thoroughly uproots them. Thus it is said, and in "Entering the Bodhisattva's Way": Vipaśyanā endowed with śamatha. It should be known that it destroys all afflictions. Therefore, one should first seek śamatha. In the absence of the world's arising
