On explaining the root of the Siddhi of Mind-Essence. From that, the supreme Siddhi is attained. Its branch is the common Siddhi. These are examples of attainment. First: From the Uttaratantra: "Earth depends on water, water on wind. Wind dwells greatly in space. Space does not dwell in anything. Likewise, the aggregates and sense bases Dwell on karma and afflictions. Karma and afflictions are not proper, They always dwell on attention. Improper attention, Abides greatly in the purity of mind. The nature of mind, all phenomena, Do not dwell on anything." As such, all phenomena depend on mind, and mind depends on the clear light that is pure in nature. Therefore, the nature of mind (སེ༵མས་ཉིད༵,citta,mind-essence), which is like space, where there is no basis or root (རྩ༵་བ༵,mūla,root) anywhere, is the root (རྩ༵་བ༵,mūla,root) of all kinds of phenomena (རྣ༵མས་ཀུན༵,sarva, all) of samsara and nirvana, pure and impure. From the Dohā: "Mind-essence alone is the seed of all, From which existence and sorrowful passing arise. It is the one that grants the fruits of desire, I prostrate to the mind like a wish-fulfilling jewel." Like that. Just as fire and water arise from a single crystal ball due to different conditions, although mind-essence appears as samsara and nirvana due to grasping and not grasping, and knowing and not knowing, in reality, they are not two. Therefore, the primordially pure mind-essence (སེ༵མས་ཉིད༵,citta,mind-essence) has always arisen as the nature (ར༵ང་བཞིན༵,svabhāva,nature) of clear light (ཡི༵་གེའི༵,akṣara, letter), and although it appears, it exists without inherent existence. Thus, if one realizes the mind-essence of the appearing letter (ཡི༵་གེའི༵,akṣara, letter), it will actually rain like a stream of rain adorned with the attainment of two benefits. Even if one does not realize it, it is the basis for the arising of all desires, the cloud of wish-fulfilling (ཡིད༵་བཞི༵ན་གྱི་ནོར་བུ་,cintāmaṇi,wish-fulfilling jewel) jewels that is primordially established. Second: In the state of the clear light of mind-essence, the spontaneously accomplished mandala of illusion (སྒྱུ༵་འཕྲུ༵ལ་,māyā,illusion) appears in the form of forty-two letters. Its essence is the mandala of the net (དྲྭ༵་བ༵,jāla,net) of wisdom, free from the extremes of elaboration. Since it is primordially manifest and complete, and has already been established as the nature of reality, when it is practiced in the order of samadhi, all the Buddhas of the ten directions and four times

All the mandalas of unified intention and realization will be completely accomplished. This is because the root letters of the mandala, the clouds, are practiced without being reversed. Third, the common siddhis are threefold: As a sign of the accomplishment of the five wisdoms, the siddhis of the spontaneous accomplishment of the four activities are shown. As a sign of the purification of the five aggregates in their respective places, the manner in which the five elements are exhausted is explained. As a sign of the purification of the eight consciousnesses in the dharmadhatu, the manner in which the eight accomplishments are obtained is described. The first is: When the mirror-like wisdom is accomplished, all poisons are transformed into the nectar of nourishment for beings, benefiting oneself and others. It cures all four hundred and four diseases and brings happiness. The four hundred and four diseases are: In the Caraka it is said: "One hundred and one are diseases of conceptualized spirits. One hundred and one are diseases of sudden causes. One hundred and one are diseases of the elemental base. One hundred and one are diseases of previous karma." Or it is said that each of the four combinations of wind, bile, and phlegm has one hundred. When the wisdom of equality is accomplished, it surpasses the enjoyment of gods and humans. Taking whatever one desires from the sky, the inexhaustible enjoyment of the treasure of the sky is spontaneously accomplished, fulfilling all wishes. When the wisdom of the dharmadhatu is accomplished, it purifies the obscurations in the minds of all beings in the lower realms and establishes them in the happiness of the higher realms. When the wisdom of discernment and accomplishment is accomplished, it makes the visible invisible and shows the visible from the invisible. Those things that appear to each other are transformed from fire to water, and earth to sky, and so on. By accomplishing the magical powers of subjugating others and reviving the dead, the forms of all phenomena that appear in any way are transformed into other miracles. In the Heap of Jewels Sutra it says: "The realm of the mind and the magical powers of accomplished samadhi are inconceivable. The qualities of substances, medicines, mantras, and jewels are also inconceivable. The planets, stars, and times are
