It is said, "The Tantra was spoken." It doesn't seem reasonable to classify something other than those two as a non-dual Tantra. Even within those two, there are aspects such as the non-duality of skillful means and wisdom, and the generation and completion stages. However, since there is no separate non-duality apart from the two parents, it is as before. The second point, concerning the classification of the Nyingma secret mantra, has three aspects: the manner in which the speaker, the teacher, appeared; the nature of the mantra he spoke, which is the enumeration of the Tantra divisions that make known; and the nature of the mantra he spoke, which is the enumeration of the Tantra divisions that make known. The first is that some common schools first generate the mind of enlightenment, then accumulate merit for three countless eons, and of the twelve deeds, they meditate on the non-dual wisdom of union on the basis of asceticism. All the Buddhas empower him, and after becoming enlightened in Akanishta, he again shows the manner of attaining enlightenment at Vajrasana (Bodh Gaya) for the sake of sentient beings. Outwardly, he is Shakyamuni Buddha, inwardly he is the Great Vajradhara, and secretly he is the glorious Samantabhadra, appearing in the mandala of supreme enlightenment. Therefore, it is believed that the fruition secret mantra vehicle was spoken to each individual to be tamed. As it says in the Root Tantra of Magical Manifestation: For the embodied accomplished ascetic, The victorious ones of the ten directions gather like clouds, For the sake of enjoyment and meaning, At dusk and dawn, Having given the empowerment of the sun and moon eclipse, By showing the playful kara, Thus gone, thus gone is the Tathagata. So it is said. Some uncommon schools believe that from the beginningless state, they manifestly awaken into enlightenment, and in the state of the Dharmakaya, it is the glorious Samantabhadra himself. In the state of the Sambhogakaya, from the posture of the five families of Buddhas, in the state of the Nirmanakaya, according to the capacity of those to be tamed, in the Akanishta palace, that is, in the pure realm, Vajradhara appears, and in the respective places of the six realms, countless Buddhas appear, such as Shakyamuni Buddha and the six Thubpas. Therefore, they teach immeasurable teachings that are in accordance with the inclinations of each individual to be tamed, and especially they turn the wheel of the meaning of secret mantra. As it says in the hundred thousand chapters of the Great Tantra of the Glorious Magical Net, from the place where mind and wisdom show self-appearance, that is, from the secret essence, certainty arises. It is called the blessing of great compassion. The six wise men, the Thubpas, The Thus Gone Ones.

From the Vajra of Body, Speech, and Mind, they arise. Having arisen, due to the power of karma, they are peaceful and gentle. And in each of the immeasurable and limitless three-thousand great thousand worlds of the ten directions of the six realms of existence, each of the great capable Buddhas, the Bhagavan, accomplishes the benefit of the five types of beings through the four methods of taming. Furthermore, these three teachers of the three kayas, each having differences such as the three realms, the three teachings, and the three retinues, the teacher of the Dharmakaya is the glorious Samantabhadra. The Dharma is the Great Perfection of Natural Perfection, the Unsurpassed Secret Mantra. The retinue is the Ocean of Wisdom. The time is inconceivable. The place is the Akanishta of the meaning of Dharmata. The teacher of the Sambhogakaya is the Five Buddha Families. The Dharma is the Outer and Inner Secret Mantra. The retinue includes Vajrapani and Manjushri, and so forth, the Bodhisattvas of the fruition of pure senses and objects. The time is unchanging. The place is the spontaneously present and naturally abundant realm. The teacher of the Nirmanakaya is Vajradhara and the Six Buddhas. The Dharma is the Great and Small Vehicle. The retinue includes those who abide on the bhumis and various uncertain beings, dakinis, vidyadharas, and so forth. The time is the present, the same as the Dharma's arising and the objects to be tamed. The place is the Akanishta of the celestial realm, the great charnel grounds, the great secret Akanishta such as the lotus palace of Vajrayogini, and the different abodes of each of the six realms. In these places, from beginningless time until the exhaustion of the future, the inexhaustible wheel of ornaments of Body, Speech, and Mind, as long as samsara is not empty, constantly and continuously benefits sentient beings with immeasurable transformations. Secondly, regarding the nature of the mantra spoken by them, it is generally divided by three ways of speaking, specifically divided by determining the nine stages, and gathered by explaining the outer and inner, totaling three. Firstly, all the teachings taught by the teachers of the three kayas are taught in accordance with the order of the senses, and taught by gathering the essential meanings, and taught as the antidote to the general and specific of the three times, determined as three. As it is said in the Ati Great Arrangement: The manner of teaching is threefold, Like the steps of a ladder, Teaching for the sake of the senses, Like butter extracted from milk, Teaching for the sake of gathering.
