That is born from the profound essence. As it is said in the Ornament of Sutras: "On whatever object one focuses, the mind rests in samadhi. Having meditated on nothing whatsoever, one should also completely abandon that later." That is its meaning. Some people say, "What is the use of having signs?" Know that for those without essence, there is not even a sesame seed's worth of experience, and they are not to be trusted." "Specifically, there are three explanations. The explanation of the increase of bliss is: "Especially the excellent increase of bliss-object, draw up the lower wind, and from the secret place, the bindu melts upward into the crown of the head. Abide in a state of no object whatsoever. After that, hold the breath with the upper and lower mouths joined, fix the mind in the heart, and abide in a state of no birth." "Abide in a state of bliss, clarity, and freedom from elaboration. Here, the supreme yogi unites with the mudra, while the ordinary yogi relies on the mind's consort. When the bindu descends to the secret place, draw up the wind forcefully, and the bindu gathers upward like a thread and melts into the Ham (ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,摧破) at the crown of the head. After abiding in a state of no object, hold the breath with the mouths joined, and release the mind into a state of non-intentionality, and abide in the inconceivable wisdom of bliss and emptiness. The mind's consort is as it is said in the Samputi: "When the yogi dwells among unruly people, for fear that they will revile the teachings, one should only trust in one's own mind." So it is said. Here is a brief explanation of the key points: In front of oneself, visualized as the deity in union, imagine a very beautiful human girl and gaze at her for a long time with attachment. She is then generated as Vajravarahi, and through the blessing of the secret place of space, one enters into equipoise. Fire blazes from the A (ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,无) at the navel, and the Ham (ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,摧破) at the crown of the head melts. Visualize the bindu descending gradually, and perform the union of stirring and stirring. Draw up the lower wind, tighten the body, open the thighs, and smile a lot. Then the bindu gradually descends to the throat, heart, navel, and root of the vajra. Then, at the tip, whiteness arises from the union with the lotus pistil of the consort, and one gradually recognizes the stages of joy, supreme joy, joylessness, and coemergent joy. If one feels that the bindu is about to be lost, or if one wants to cut it off, then keep the lower wind as it is and press down forcefully on the upper wind. The consort offers it with Phat (ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,断), the deity guides it with Hum (ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,摧破), and in the vajra path, it is purified with Phat (ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,断).

Guided by 'ub, propelled upwards by Hūṃ Phaṭ. Draw all bindus to the crown of the head. Finally, may the consort also melt into the nature of bliss, drawn and absorbed into Haṃ. And leave Haṃ also in a state of non-objectification. Drawing and spreading, etc., should be done. At these times, the key points of the body and the binding of visualization are: interspersed with lion shaking and so on. The illusory wheel of descending, reversing, straightening, spreading, and retracting, should be done according to the transmitted vision of the key points of visualization. Having briefly stated this, the detailed explanation follows. First, descending is the embracing mudra itself, and like pressing down on the upper and lower body. Visualize drawing bodhicitta from Haṃ, and when descending to the secret place, focus on bliss. Lion shaking is planting the body on all fours and shaking, raising the neck, inhaling the lower air, opening the mouth, and emitting a small Ha sound. Descending, reversing, spreading, all of these are key points that benefit the whole. Especially descending: sitting in the vajra posture in front, visualize the mind's bindu entering, with the embracing mudra, the upper body rising upwards, thus the lower body descends tightly. From Haṃ, bodhicitta descends to the secret place, therefore the mind focuses on increasing bliss. This is the special method of descending in all bindu chakra visualizations. Reversing is drawing upwards from there: place both hands on the kidney's ocean rock, inhale the lower air, and touch the tip of the tongue to the palate. Roll the eyeballs upwards, and the head trembles as if wrapped. Visualize the bindus like strung beads, one absorbed into the other, up to the crown of the head. Reversing upwards after the bindu has descended to the secret place is: sitting upright, cross both hands at the kidneys, the third finger touching the spine with emptiness. Inhale the lower air forcefully, touch the tip of the tongue to the palate, and roll the eyeballs upwards. Holding the breath, push the neck downwards, causing the head to tremble like shaking a silk cloth. Visualize the bindus like strung beads, gradually dissolving from the secret place to the crown of the head, up to Haṃ, thus drawing the essence. Then, to pervade the entire body, spread the body, draw the bow, and move the hands and feet. Emit a hiss, touching the tip of the tongue to the teeth, and exhale the air. Make the hand gesture of drawing a bow, after doing the lion shaking, sit in the vajra posture, emit a hiss, touching the tip of the tongue to the teeth, and exhale the air, thus pervading between the pores.
