Without much delay, one will attain the four dhyanas and five supernormal knowledges, as stated in the Vinaya Sutra. Therefore, keep the body upright and sit in the lotus position. The eyes should not move. The hands should be placed in equipoise. The tip of the tongue should touch the upper palate. The neck should be slightly bent. The breath should be slow. The eyes should be cast downwards. By merely doing these seven, dhyana will arise spontaneously. Because the channels, winds, and bindus are naturally bound, and awareness transforms into its natural state. In these instances, unlike other Trul khor physical exercises, the key is to be slow, gentle, and undisturbed. Gentleness within roughness and roughness within gentleness is key. Adapting to one's constitution is extremely important. Physical exercise is also a helpful companion for the channels and winds to become key. In the "Thirty-Two Key Examinations of the Immortal Trul Khor," it says: "With the blazing Tummo at the navel." Also, in the Samputa Tantra, it says: "As tiny as the tip of a hair, like a thousand flashes of lightning. From the gaps of the pores, arising and abiding in the ten directions. Threaten the gods and non-gods." The method for correcting clarity-lapse is: When clarity-grasping diminishes, train in the great non-grasping. If clarity-lapse is dull, meditate on the clear and bright mind. If agitated and scattered, close the eyes and within the heart, visualize light, letters, a lotus, a sword, and a crossed vajra, and lower them more and more. From within the heart, the rope becomes longer and longer. Visualize the foundation below as falling upon a golden ground. This is the definitive key that will not disappear and will not fail to appear. When anger arises as self-nature, just leave it alone. Release into the wisdom of the clear-empty mirror. The five supreme methods for counteracting attachment to clarity are: Recognize your own nature, and by looking at it, you will go to self-liberation without an object. Of the five things to be abandoned, anger is self-nature; by looking at its own nature, it will be liberated. When dullness and confusion arise, extract clarity and meditate, and it will be eliminated. When the wind is agitated, close your eyes and visualize the deity's letter in your heart, and it will be eliminated. When the mind is extremely scattered and uncontrollable, visualize a lotus or a vajra crossed vajra, etc., downwards from within the heart, with the handle or rope becoming longer and longer, and visualize it falling upon the golden ground of the great powerful one's seat, and abide in this state for a long time, and it will be eliminated. This is the definitive key. The method for correcting non-conceptual activity is: When non-conceptual thought arises naturally, train with the key of non-grasping. Recognize that deluded mind, stare at it intently, and it will be self-liberated in an instant.

The wisdom of the Dharmadhatu dawns. When dull and dark and without consciousness, Meditate on light in the heart, emanating from the pores, And remaining distinctly in the sky about a bow-length away. Hold the mind on that, and remain free from all elaboration. This is the pith instruction of the extremely profound key point. When meditating on non-conceptuality, the five attachments to antidotes are dispelled by looking at one's own nature. Among the five to be abandoned, the mind of delusion, its own nature, by looking at one's own nature, when non-thought and self-clarity arise, it is liberated into the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu. For dullness and unconsciousness, it is also dispelled by the clarity that arises beforehand. From the heart, a light like an egg pulsates and shines, By holding the mind on it remaining distinctly in the sky above a bow-length away, it is dispelled. This is called "Showing the Clear Light of Awareness," the oral instruction of the great teacher Garab Dorje. Summary: In general, it is most important to have no attachment to anything. If free from hope and fear, one is liberated from all obstacles. In the clear nature of empty and luminous mind itself, Place the appearance of mind, free from elaboration. One will surely be liberated from the dangers of obstacles and what should be abandoned. If one recognizes anything as an obstacle or good or bad, there is nothing but awareness, It is dispelled simply by placing awareness in non-attached emptiness and luminosity, as it says in the Doha: Whatever you are attached to, let it go. If you realize it, everything is it. As it is said. Third meaning: The order of correcting by using the final sense faculty is also, Just three: the way of seeing, substance, and interdependence. The general way of seeing is the seven-point posture of Vairochana, Cross-legged, eyes unmoving, breath slow, Equanimity, throat slightly curved, tip of the tongue touching the palate, Looking down at the tip of the nose, this way of seeing balances wind and mind. Without dullness or agitation, undistorted samadhi arises. Thus, all faults arise from disturbance of the body's key points, Arising from disturbance of the channels, disturbance of the winds, disturbance of the bindus. Therefore, it is important to remain undisturbed and balanced. Qualities are also the three: channels, bindus, and winds, Since they arise from the unwavering key point, Therefore, it is extremely important to understand this key point. There, without obstacles or increase, everything arises from not knowing the body's key points for directing the channel-wind key points, Qualities also arise from proper arrangement of the body's key points, because in the vajra body, the coming and going of the three, channels, bindus, and winds, causes the appearance of pleasure and pain, and the arising of good and bad experiences.
