It is the first step of bravery. It is the place of compassion seen by the noble ones. The teaching that is the basis for the diligent practice of the realized ones is: From where it did not come, nor did it go anywhere, It does not abide anywhere, all dharmas are the nature of dharma, Its nature is primordially pure like an illusion, May those with good fortune decide by observing! All dharmas are without inherent existence from the beginning, therefore, as they appear, one should know that they are without inherent existence, as the play of emptiness, as it is said in the "Light Sequence": The senses are without inherent existence, That illusion is also emptiness. So it is said. It is explained that everything is an illusion of self-appearance: The nature of sentient beings is like an illusion, The nature of enlightenment is the nature of illusion itself, Samsara and nirvana are non-dual, in the play of illusion, May those with good fortune know this today. Appearing as sentient beings is also like an illusion, appearing as Buddhas is also like an illusion, all appearances of samsara and nirvana, although they are appearances of awareness, are not established in the self-nature of awareness, one should know that it is only a play of illusion, just a self-appearance. As it is said in the "Eight Thousand Verses": Sons of the gods, samsara is also like a dream, like an illusion, nirvana is also like a dream, like an illusion. So it is said. Deciding that illusion is non-dual: As the Victorious Ones have said, all dharmas are only illusion, other than that, not even an atom can be found as an object. Since nothing is truly real, in the nature of illusion, those who desire liberation should know. All dharmas are not established outside of the nature of illusion. As it is said in the "Intermediate Mother Sutra": Subhuti, all dharmas are like a dream, like an illusion, because all that appears as dharma is unborn in its own nature. Like a dream, like an illusion, one should not say that dharma is also different, like a dream, like an illusion is also different, because all dharmas are not other than the nature of illusion itself. A collection of the categories of illusion: Liberation is illusion, one should also understand the way of illusion in this way. Enlightenment is illusion, spontaneously accomplished, unchanging, not deceiving, all-pervading lord, always like the sky, like the sun, like a jewel, fulfilling hopes, enjoying limitless qualities and complete activities, pure and clear, the nature of being free from elaboration. The realm is pure in its own nature, but there are

When all defilements are purified, the Buddha Dharmakaya with two purities appears, and from that, the Rupakaya naturally arises, which is called Bodhi Illusion. As it is said in the Sutra of Illusion: The nature of Bodhi is illusion, wisdom is also like illusion, without substance, without things, peaceful, free from dust, beyond comparison. Thus it is said. Various illusions are the illusions of samsara, untruthful deceptions. Like an illusion that appears as non-existent when its characteristics are cut off. When delusional thoughts are purified, delusional appearances dissolve into the Dharmadhatu. Just as horses and cattle disappear when wisdom mantras are destroyed. Impure delusional appearances, the grasped and the grasper, are primordially liberated. Purity is emptiness, without essence. Just as illusory horses and cattle revert on their own when wisdom mantras are destroyed. Illusory appearances are also like that; when the thoughts attached to ignorance and the grasped and grasper are purified, all appearances, including delusions, revert on their own and are said to dissolve into the Dharmadhatu, just as the appearance of horses and cattle disappears. Therefore, the self-nature of delusional appearances is cut off, and like illusory appearances, they have no essence. The Dharmadhatu illusion of samsara and nirvana is: the illusion of nature, the Dharma nature is immutable. It is the Dharma nature of all pure and impure things. Like the space inside a clay pot and a gold pot, the pot and the broken pot do not increase or decrease due to conditions. Likewise, in the respective times of delusion and liberation, the Dharma nature remains without increasing or decreasing, good or bad. This is the view of the meaning of reality; if one understands it in this way, that person is wise. The illusion of the Dharma nature is: awareness, the mind of Bodhi. All delusional appearances and delusional thoughts at the time of purity, Buddhahood, and impurity, samsara, are not without being pervaded by ignorance. Even if one thinks it is good, it is awareness; even if one thinks it is bad, it is awareness; even if it appears in various ways, it appears in awareness, and there is nothing other than that. Therefore, awareness pervades all Dharma nature. For example, there is space in a clay pot, and there is space in a gold pot. The pots appear as good or bad, but the space inside them is neither good nor bad. Samsara and nirvana appear as good or bad, but one should know that the awareness that appears has neither good nor bad. As it is said in the Ornament of the Sutras: Just as the differences in vessels follow space, likewise it is thought that the Dharma nature also follows. Thus it is said. If one realizes this, then the essence of everything is naturally awareness, the mind of Bodhi.
