same. The illusory appearances of sentient beings are actually non-existent, they are merely the arising of habitual illusory appearances. At the time of appearance, it is emptiness itself, without clinging. It should be known to transcend the extremes of existence and non-existence. When reciting mantras, wooden pieces and pebbles appear as horses and cows. If one clings to the non-appearance of wooden pieces and pebbles, but to the appearance of horses and cows, then one is clinging to illusion. All appearances of samsara are the same as this. This self-appearance also seems to arise from indivisible particles, but in reality it is non-existent, it is merely a bright appearance, because indivisibility cannot appear. Apart from indivisible particles, there is no coarse matter that arises, so it is entirely an illusion. Similarly, when grass and stones, earth, water, and other things that are not houses gather together, they appear as houses. This is also in relation to the nature of the indivisible particles, it should not appear, because of the appearance, it is entirely an illusory appearance. Similarly, relatives and happiness, enemies and unhappiness, speaking and thinking, and all actions, if examined, are non-existent, but if not examined, they appear. Therefore, the illusory appearance is merely the bright appearance of non-existence. If analyzed, it is like space, because there is no substance. It should be known that illusion is merely an image of boundless emptiness. In the Inconceivable Sutra, it is said: All phenomena are like illusions, their nature is unborn. Emptiness and things have no characteristics, inconceivable, beyond all expression. Everything is shown as a play of illusion, like an illusory land and an illusory city, an illusory person and illusory enjoyment, illusory suffering and happiness and illusory birth and death, illusory truth and falsehood, just as they appear, the appearances of the six realms should also be known in this way. The illusory land transformed by the illusionist, the person and suffering and happiness and birth and death, coming and going and the respective places of the six realms, enjoyment and appearance and enemies and friends, all should be known in this way, as it is said in the order: All kinds of bodies and enjoyments, and all that appears, appear clearly but have no nature, like illusions and dreams. Everything is the same in nature as illusion, from the beginning it is pure, like illusion, appearing without being, the same as illusion itself. Born from causes and conditions, therefore it is the same as illusion, deceiving and destroying, like illusion. Samsara

The illusion is determined to be an illusion. Like this, the earth, water, fire, and wind that appear as the container and its contents, and all the appearances of the mind, are like illusions because they are pure from the beginning. The illusory horse and cow are just pieces of wood and pebbles, empty of horses and cows. Illusion is also just the self-appearance of baseless awareness, and is not established in reality. It's like the illusion itself doesn't have horses and cows, but it appears as if it does. When appearing as various dharmas, it has never been established, so it is similar to illusion. Just as the cause of mantra and the material of wood and pebbles gather and appear as horses and cows. Because of the different causes of karma, and the power of grasping and being grasped, ignorance and so on, the six realms revolve differently, and act in various appearances, so it is similar to illusion. Just as mantra confuses the eyes, and wood and pebbles appear as horses and cows, thereby confusing the mind. Because it appears as form, sound, smell, taste, touch, etc., thereby deceiving the mind, one should understand that illusion is similar to the form of illusion. Like this, although all dharmas are like illusions, it is taught to generate compassion for those who have not realized it, just like this, the six realms of beings are in the nature of illusion. Although they actually abide in this, they have not realized it as such. They constantly wander in the city of endless samsara. They are tormented by the karma of happiness and suffering, it is truly pitiful! Beings, please contemplate illusion as illusion! Although the various samsaras originally abide in the nature of illusion. However, because of ignorance clinging to the view of self, they have not realized the appearance of non-existence, the nature of falsity, and cling to it as reality. Therefore, they endlessly wander in the endless city of samsara. Those who act in various illusions with their respective karma. In order for the noble ones to see that they are objects of compassion. One should cultivate the compassion of the conventional cause on the nature of samsara similar to illusion. The Ornament of the Sutras says: Like being completely burned, falling into the hands of the enemy, Being completely connected with great bondage, Like a large amount of food mixed with poison, Going astray, completely entering, with little strength. One should have compassion for these beings. Just like this. Afflictions burn like fire, Being interrupted by demons, Bound by the unbearable bonds of afflictions and views, heretics and so on, Attachment to the taste of meditation, Hearers, solitary realizers, and bodhicitta
