After contemplating in non-duality, visualize the assembly of deities of the Yidam mandala, the ocean of oath-bound Dakinis and Dharma protectors, and below, the six realms of sentient beings together with the harm-doers. Then, visualize that from within your heart, the consciousness in the form of the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) emerges from the Brahma aperture and transforms into the five classes of heroic Dakinis holding curved knives. They cut off your own skull from the space between your eyebrows, and place the skull-cup on three stoves the size of Mount Meru. Fill it with the flesh and blood of the body, and as it boils from the fire blazing below, the nectar of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions arises and fills it, transforming into all desired food and drink and excellent nectar. Countless heroes holding skull-cups emanate in a skillful manner, simultaneously offering it to each of the guests. The guests beyond the world are pleased, the two accumulations are perfected, and supreme and common siddhis are attained. The guests of samsara are pleased, carrying away beginningless karmic debts and purifying debts. In particular, the obstructing classes of harm-doers are pleased, pacifying malice and obstacles. Contemplate that the light of all the pleased ones shines upon yourself, pacifying disease and evil spirits, deceiving death, and attaining siddhis. Afterwards, dedicate all of that in a state of non-attachment, like a cloud clearing in the sky. This perfects the two accumulations, deceives death, ensures no cutting of the life-force, and grasps the clear light of the bardo. Fifth Limb of the Instructions. Sixth Meaning: Taking Refuge, divided into three: distinguishing the differences, contemplating the benefits, and the manner of taking refuge. The first is: Thus, fearing the suffering of the three lower realms, and seeking the happiness of the higher realms of good rebirth, taking refuge in the Three Jewels is called a small person, because they only seek temporary happiness as the result. Because they are afraid of the suffering of samsara, and seek peace and happiness for themselves alone, taking refuge in the Three Jewels is called a medium person, because they only aim for the result of their own liberation from samsara. Seeing the suffering of other sentient beings endlessly wandering in samsara, and in order to liberate them from samsara, taking refuge in the Three Jewels
