The method of training in the meaning of non-duality is: Even so, due to ignorance, clinging to duality and being confused in samsara, but with the wisdom of non-duality, one goes to Nirvana. Therefore, one should train in the meaning of non-duality in this way: All phenomena are unborn, the essence of mind itself. The nature of mind is pure and without defilement. Abide in the stainless, empty-clear, and free from elaboration. Clinging to meaningless things as self, one is confused in samsara, like being afraid of water in a dream, and becoming more and more frightened. The habitual patterns of illusion that arise are nothing other than the illusion of the mind. And the basis for the arising of illusion, the mind itself, is naturally pure and without essence, so know that it has never been stained by the defilements of affliction. As it says in the Uttaratantra Shastra: "Because the nature of the mind is clear light, it is seen that the afflictions have no essence." Like that. Stainless wisdom, the essence untouched by extremes, the nature free from elaboration, abide in a state like the sky. Do not engage in any conceptual searching. If you do, the mind itself becomes turbid, and the conceptual thoughts of samsara increase, like a poisonous snake in a box, which is harmless if left alone, but harmful if touched. Therefore, the mind is taught to be without effort, without acceptance or rejection, as in the Song of the Inexhaustible Treasure Trove of Instructions: "The true meaning of mind itself is difficult for all to realize. The essence untouched by extremes, stainless, is naturally pure from the beginning, so it cannot be examined by all. If you examine it, it is only like touching a poisonous snake." And, in the Kunje Gyalpo: "As it appears, so it is, one. Do not let anyone fabricate it. In the un fabricated, equal king, the non-conceptual Dharmakaya intention naturally abides." The method of realizing the Middle Way free from extremes is: The way of meditation: By this, the turbidity of affliction is completely pacified, and one abides in great non-conceptual wisdom. Awareness and clairvoyance, samadhi will be accomplished, and grasping and grasper are non-dual, realizing the Middle Way free from extremes. The turbidity of affliction is pacified, and the wisdom of non-duality of grasping and grasper, with non-conceptual samadhi, awareness and the qualities of liberation, the eye and clairvoyance are accomplished. In the Compendium: With meditation, one abandons the contempt for the qualities of desire. Awareness and clairvoyance

I realize Samadhi. (End) Being free from what is meditated upon and the meditator is taught as the intention of the Buddha: At the time of being in equipoise, At that time, the mind is like the sky, The object is non-objective, its nature is free from elaboration. In the Dharma nature where there is no meditation and no object of meditation, Because there is nothing to do and no one to do it, in the primordial state, It is the stainless, naturally pure Buddha. At the time of being in equipoise, the mind is free from elaboration and contraction, and from the state like the sky, although the object of appearance appears, it is not fixated, so there is no entry of the concept of two natures, it is the non-dual wisdom. Since there is no meditation and no meditator, the object and the actor are liberated in their own place, and the entry of mental events is absorbed into the sphere, so at that time it goes to the sphere of primordial nature. Mind itself is the ultimate Buddha, the Dharmakaya, the time of abiding in the intention of its own nature. The Doha says: "That Buddha who always abides without remainder, Because the mind is pure in its essence, That itself is the stainless, supreme state." So it is said. At that time, mind, mental events, and mind itself are absorbed into the naturally pure nature, and the non-moving thoughts are like salt dissolving into water. From that: "The mind of thought remains unmoving and stable, Just as salt dissolves in water, In this way, the mind becomes absorbed in its own nature, At that time, self and other are seen as equal." So it is said. The way to realize the Dharma nature is: Furthermore, at that time, The object to be grasped is non-objective, like a moon in water, like a cataract in the eye, The grasper is non-objective, unwavering, and free from bias. The appearance and mind are non-dual, in the state of going beyond, Deep, peaceful, free from elaboration, naturally luminous, uncompounded, The Dharma nature is understood like nectar. The five external objects to be grasped are understood as a moon in water, like a cataract in the eye, so there is no fixation on the truth of the grasped thought, and there is no object of fixation. The internal consciousness to be grasped is understood as an indivisible sky, so the essence of grasping there is empty. The consciousness that is non-dual of the grasped and the grasper has no elaboration or contraction, it is the Prajnaparamita. Deep, peaceful, free from elaboration, naturally luminous, each individual wisdom is like nectar, that is: deep, peaceful, free from elaboration, naturally luminous, uncompounded. I have found a Dharma like nectar. So it is said. This shore is Samsara, the other shore is Nirvana, those
