Like a fire blazing, that person is skilled at burning the continuum of self and others, their pride as high as a mountain. The mind is driven by the creepers of conceptual proliferation, moving like a scattered wind and unable to comprehend. The bodhicitta, free from elimination and establishment, without coming or going, is the stainless essence of the wisdom of the All-Creating (Tibetan: ཀུན་བྱེད།). By abiding as it is, one sees it as it is. This is called the nature or the self-nature of the state. As it says in the Lankavatara Sutra, "Evil children are speculators, they examine them like corpses." Like this, the great net of universal proliferation that arises from examination is not like a Dharma that spreads into emptiness, but rather the reality of Dharma and mind is primordially pure, without fabrication or thought. Just as it is said in the Akashagarbha Sutra and the Red Yamari Tantra, Maitreya explains in the Ornament of Clear Realization and the Uttaratantra, "Here there is nothing to be eliminated, nor is there anything to be established, look directly at the true reality, having seen the true reality, one is liberated." Or, because it is pure from the beginning without defilement, because it is enlightened from the beginning with the perfection of qualities, and because there is no obstruction in the way it appears, it is called the mind of bodhi. This shows that the three kayas are spontaneously accomplished from the beginning. In the All-Creating it says, "The meaning of purification is like this: the heart essence, the mind of bodhi, is self-born and primordially pure, all that is done by the All-Creating King is pure in the nature of Samantabhadra (Tibetan: ཀུན་བཟང་།), therefore it is called purification. The meaning of enlightenment is like this: the heart essence, self-born wisdom, phenomena and existence, and the container and its contents, all the Buddhas of the three times, the sentient beings of the three realms and six classes, and suchness, all are enlightened and pervade everything, therefore it is called enlightenment. The meaning of mind is like this: the heart essence, self-born wisdom, enters and controls all phenomena and existence, the container and its contents, and operates clearly, therefore it is called mind." Therefore, all dharmas are by nature non-dual and pure, if one understands the intention of no self-nature, one understands the reality of nature. And, if one realizes that the nature of mind has no coming or going, then no afflictions will arise or cease, therefore one realizes that elimination and antidote are non-dual, and without abandoning, it is self-purifying.

As it is said in the "Song of the Instructions of the Inexhaustible Treasury": "How can there be two antidotes to afflictions? Such diligent individuals are bound in samsara." As it is said, liberation through seeing the essential point does not depend on abandoning external objects; it is liberated, like the dream realm and its grasping, through self-recognition, instantly self-liberated. Others who believe in liberation through abandoning external objects, mere appearance of objects and mind does not bind, but if one clings to it, it binds, therefore, the advice is to abandon clinging, as Tilopa said: "Appearance does not bind, clinging binds. Cut clinging, Naropa." Furthermore, as the Doha says: "If the mind is equally pleasing and displeasing, falling into the heart and cherishing it, then even the slightest pain like the skin of sesame will only increase suffering." Appearance is merely, in the nature of acceptance and rejection, there is none, therefore, one should not cling. That also should be realized in the nature of the mind itself, unproduced in the beginning, not just contemplating and pondering at all times, even if contemplating, there is no more than the previous nature, with elaboration, it becomes universally entangled, as the Kunje Gyalpo says: "In the uncreated nature like the sky, what is the use of many examinations and contemplations?" Also, as the Dharma King Sutra says: "For example, if a person is struck by a poisoned arrow, if it is quickly pulled out, he will be freed from the disease. If not, and thinking from where the arrow feather came? From what bamboo? From what arrowhead? Then the disease will increase and die. Likewise, contemplating on many reasons, the mind is controlled by discrimination, which causes afflictions to grow and increase. Therefore, one should abide in the mind without discrimination." That also, only with words, contemplating the meaning, with a little understanding, boasting of realizing the true nature, with knowledge, who prospers? With ignorance, who declines? Arguing and elaborating on the Dharma, far from the true suchness, as the Doha says: "All beings, especially blaming, with the fault of arrogance, cannot realize that nature." Also, "Alas! Listen, son, the taste of arguing, joyfully and truly abiding, explaining to practitioners and reciting, etc., cannot be realized." Such is the intention.
