Neither this shore nor the other, never to return. There are also words spoken of having reached the other shore. Yet there is no one who speaks the words, and the words spoken do not exist. There is no one to speak to, and no one who knows. Due to the power of attachment from distorted thoughts, all beings here wander about. Whoever knows the peaceful Dharma, sees the self-born Tathagata. They also understand the supreme peaceful Dharma. Thus it is said. Furthermore, in the Innermost Essence Without Foundation: The nature of mind without foundation is neither male nor female, nor neuter. It is neither without characteristics nor a lineage, neither color nor shape. It is neither a place nor anything at all. Thus it is said. The Teaching on Uncontrived Mind Suchness is without increase or decrease in the three times. Although appearances are similar, they are without essence. From the time of appearance in the six realms: The past mind, having ceased, is invisible, and there is nothing in the direction of the unborn. The present does not abide, in the state of equality of self-nature. Do not seek mind with mind, but let it rest. That also, the past has ceased, the future is unborn. The present mind has no three characteristics of arising, abiding, and ceasing. It is not established even for a moment. Because there is no seer and seen, it should be left in its natural state. From the All-Creating King: Since mind cannot see mind, even if you look, you will not see it. Leave it in its suchness. Thus it is said. The Teaching on Mind as Momentary That also, from the very moment of arising: Rejection, affirmation, memory, and awareness are momentary objects of mind. From the mere appearance, there is nothing either outside or inside. By making the seeker the object to be sought, one becomes confused. One who seeks oneself will never find oneself. Thus, no matter what kind of thought arises in the mind, it cannot be found even if sought. Because the seeker is that itself, one cannot find oneself by seeking oneself, because there is no duality. If one examines carefully, there is no self either, because all objects of focus are completely pacified. From the All-Creating King: Abiding in its own state, it is unmoving and spontaneously accomplished. Abiding in its own nature, no one can contrive it. Abiding in the uncontrived suchness, it is taught as the supreme of actions, without action. Thus it is said. To see one as two is a mistake in meditation. One cannot attain the essence of one with two. Thus it is said. The Teaching on Primordial Purity and Absence of Arising and Ceasing Such a meaning

The meaning of the primordial, unborn, and natural state, The mind itself, which does not abide or cease, Is empty because it has no basis or root in the three times. In the unobstructed appearance of various manifestations, Because there are no objects or characteristics, there is no permanence. Because there is no self-arising or cessation, there is no annihilation. Because there is neither duality nor non-duality, it is inexpressible. Because there is no establishment of "this," there is no identification. Know that the nature is primordially pure. Moreover, the mind itself is said to be empty because it is naturally pure and has no basis or root. It is said to be appearance because it is unobstructed in any way it appears. However, even when examined, it is free from the extreme of permanence because it has no objects or characteristics. It is free from the extreme of annihilation because it is unobstructed as mere awareness. Because there is no other third entity that is neither those two nor both, there is no identification as "this." Therefore, it is only called naturally pure, and there is nothing to say beyond that, which is the wisdom that is not tainted by extremes. As Saraha said: Wisdom that is untainted by extremes and without defilement, Is free from all actions and is not accumulated karma. So it is said. At that time, because there is no change, it is permanent. And the net of wrong thoughts is cut off. Also, the distinctions of parts such as becoming a Buddha, From the Gongdü (དགོངས་འདུས་) it says: Emaho, wondrous and amazing Dharma! The secret of all perfect Buddhas! If you examine it closely, it is truly permanent. That great permanence has no opponent. Emaho, wondrous and amazing Dharma! The secret of all perfect Buddhas! If you definitely cut it, it is truly cut. That very enlightenment cuts off the wrong continuity. Emaho, wondrous and amazing Dharma! The secret of all perfect Buddhas! From anywhere in the vast and limitless, A perfect Buddha cannot be found. Emaho, wondrous and amazing Dharma! The secret of all perfect Buddhas! Mind itself is the perfect Buddha. There is no other separate from that. Emaho, wondrous and amazing Dharma! The secret of all perfect Buddhas! The three realms are primordially the essence itself. Unmistaken, unaltered, spontaneously accomplished. Emaho, wondrous and amazing Dharma! The secret of all perfect Buddhas! The realm of spontaneously accomplished nature, Without searching, one becomes perfectly enlightened. Emaho, wondrous and amazing Dharma! The secret of all perfect Buddhas! The very good nature is all-encompassing. Everything is primordially vast and wonderfully renowned. Emaho, wondrous and amazing Dharma!
