Khyung. On the great throne of the Garuda, sun, moon, lotus, and jewels. (Thus it is said). Moreover, since both the Garuda and the peacock have the same effect of subduing poison, there is no difference when combining the purity of subduing the poison of desire. Moreover, the horse steps are also divided into halves on four large tiers, making eight. These methods are from "Magical Wrathful Lightning": In the sky of the mind of the Dakinis, the great elements are stacked and naturally formed. From the four kinds of precious stones on top of it, the natural achievement is immeasurable. The foundation based on it is: various treasures are spread out. Pressing, soft, lifting, increasing, the basis of beauty. There is a palace on it, square and flat, appearing beautiful, made of four kinds of precious materials. The four protrusions are also like city walls, made of four kinds of precious stones. The top of the vase is the top of the Dharma, shining like a peacock's tail. The four doors and door frames are decorated, and they are equipped with eight horse steps. In the center is a four-spoked wheel, with a hub and spokes, and the eaves and corridors are beautifully lit, with precious light swirling around. Sentient beings, lotus, sun, moon, and the supreme seat of precious flames. The precious chair legs are extremely stable and beautiful. The palace is also decorated with sun, moon, jewels, and precious flames. Banners, victory banners, clothes and umbrellas, silk scarves, pearl strings, bells, whisks, etc., all kinds of musical instruments are decorated. The beauty of the worldly gods, and the decorations like that, are inconceivable, infinite, and supreme. At the four gates of that mandala, they are decorated with elephants. On the layers of horse steps, golden bells shine, and also proclaim the names of the Three Jewels. At each of those door sides, there are rows of Tala trees connected, with fragrance, color, and light. On those Tala trees, cuckoos and other auspicious birds also make beautiful sounds. At each of those door sides, there are bathing pools with beautiful shapes, with water that has eight excellent qualities. In each of those countless places, gods and goddesses are inconceivable. On the surrounding outer circle, there is endless talk of places to play and stroll. Such as these are inconceivable, naturally formed without seeking.

Thus it is. Such a mandala, when combined with the three purities of ground, path, and fruit. The ground, all sentient beings abide in this way from the beginning. The four doors are the four immeasurables. The four horse stands are the four mindfulnesses. The five walls are the five wisdoms. The eight pillars are the eightfold noble path. The bell, the zara-tsa, the garland of sun and moon, the whisk, and the jewels are the five faculties and the five powers. The umbrella is the realm of dharma. The wheel is the four truths. The father lineage is the unchanging nature of mind. The half-net is the seven branches of enlightenment. The arrow shaft is great compassion. The pushu is the inconceivable nature of dharma. The round vase is the wisdom of the realm of dharma. The four nipples are the four remaining wisdoms. The five cushions are the five poisons, pure in their own nature. The vajra and jewel top are the naturally luminous nature of mind. The eight charnel grounds are the eight aggregates of consciousness. The eight teachers are the eight self-born wisdoms. The eight fires are the eight all-consuming ordinary cognitions. The eight trees are the eight natures of affliction. The eight waters are the eight paths of purification. The eight gods are the eight doors of accomplishment. The eight nagas are the eight collections of qualities. The eight field tenders are the eight accumulations of merit and wisdom, from the time of impurity, one part of quality and one part of fault, so they are counted as two and two. For example, the part of the five wisdoms is counted as the five afflictions, and so on. If combined with the path, it is combined with the thirty-seven branches of enlightenment. The four horse stands are the four mindfulnesses. The four arrows are the four right abandonments. The four ornaments, such as the wheel, are the four miraculous legs. The five walls are the five faculties. The father lineage, the half-net, the arrow shaft, the pushu, and the phurbu, the five are the five powers. The five, such as the lion, and the two, the sun and moon, the seven are the seven branches of enlightenment. The eight pillars are the eightfold noble path. The steps to enter the four doors are the six perfections. The four doors are the four immeasurables. The three threes of each are the three liberations, and so on, which are the qualities from the path of accumulation to the path of meditation. If combined with the fruit, it is combined with the qualities of the Buddha ground. The thirty-seven dharmas of the ultimate path, the way of combining is the same as that, but there is a difference.

The four fearlessnesses are the lion throne, the ten powers are the elephant throne, the ten freedoms are the peacock throne, the four miracles are the horse throne, the unobstructed knowledge of all knowable things is the Shanga throne, the walls of the five wisdoms, the inexhaustible body, speech, and mind are surrounded by the light of the jewel wheel, the umbrella that protects beings, the incomparable samadhi, etc., adorned with these ultimate precious qualities. These are arranged according to the tradition of the Magical Net. For details, one should understand them in those texts. Some mantra practitioners say that such things are merely pure combinations and do not exist in the mandala in reality. This is a completely inverted understanding of the tantric tradition. Just as an image appears in a stained mirror, from the power of such qualities, the palace and the deities naturally arise like rainbows. One should know that they are spontaneously accomplished from the beginning. The self-appearance in Akanishta is that which exists on the ground, and when it is free from all obscurations, its power manifests. From the Magical Net: "The inconceivable, spontaneously accomplished mandala, which benefits all beings, possesses the support and the supported, and is complete with all the traditions of the mandala." Thus it is said. "Meditating on the Deities": Now, the mandala of the dependent deities will be described. In such a palace, on top of lions and so on, from the complete transformation of the seed syllables of each deity, the consorts and eight bodhisattvas of each of the five families, the eight female bodhisattvas and the eight gatekeepers, male and female, the six Buddhas dwell in their respective places, complete with body color, hand gestures, and ornaments, and limitless rays of light radiate in all directions. In the center is Vairochana with Akashadhatvishvari, blue in color. In the east is Akshobhya with Mamaki, white in color. In the south is Ratnasambhava with Buddhalochana, yellow in color. In the west is Amitabha with Pandara, red in color. In the north is Amoghasiddhi with Tara, green in color. Below them are wheels with four spokes, on which the five families reside. Outside the wheels are four corners and four truncated corners, i.e., two on each side of the intermediate directions, making a total of eight. In the southeast corner are Kshitigarbha and Lasya, blue-green. In the southwest corner is Akashagarbha.
