Holding the mind on the light of 'Ga', quickly accomplishing the wisdom of bliss and clarity, non-conceptuality, thereby accomplishing both common and supreme siddhis, as it is said in the Five Stages: 'Constantly abiding in the heart, The bindu is one and unchanging. For the person who meditates on it, Wisdom will surely arise.' The bindu has already been explained before. The stages of various vajras: Joining the breaths, meditate on the hand symbols of the five families in the center of the five chakras, meditate on the wheel at the crown, the jewel at the throat, the vajra at the heart, the lotus at the navel, and the sword at the secret place, and hold the mind, meditating on the five families, including the Buddhas of the ten directions, dissolving into their respective hand symbols, thus generating calm abiding. The stage of filling with jewels: Generating the wisdom of the four joys from within the four chakras with the great bliss of co-emergent play, and it is the one who recognizes wisdom. The stage of Jalandhara: Meditate on the hand symbols of the five families transforming into bodies, nectar descending from the union of the father and mother, filling the body, and hold the mind on the bliss of burning 'Hum' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) with the fire of tummo, as it is said: 'The flame of tummo wisdom, burns the realm of the Tathagatas.' And as it is said in the Ocean of Dakinis: 'Tummo blazes in the navel, burning all the joints, after burning the eyes and so on, burning, the bindu drips from the flesh. It goes, oh, it is everywhere, like a web of spider silk. Piercing and going, it tastes, in seventy-two thousand.' As it is said, thereby increasing the experience of union and samadhi. The stage of the Inconceivable: In the center of the sphere of light in the heart, meditate on the seed syllables of the respective deities, such as 'Hum' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), from which light radiates, touching all of samsara and nirvana, all the realms of Buddhas and sentient beings, the stable and the moving, dissolving into light, dissolving into the light of the heart. The body and light are also 'Hum' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), if it is the foot curve, it is also the abdomen, the abdomen is the head, the head is the crescent moon, the crescent moon is the bindu, the bindu is Nada, that is, the nature of Bindu, not focusing on it, abiding in the state of space. If it radiates, then from emptiness, meditate on one arising from one as before, and also meditate on dissolving, which is the meaning of the inconceivable nature of phenomena, attaining the union of insight and calm abiding, one becomes a Buddha.

I (Potowa) said that because one learns and practices through gradual stages, one should start learning from the part that is easy to arise in one's own mindstream, so there is no definite requirement for a specific order. The Function of Practicing Generation and Completion Stages So, what is the function of practicing the Generation and Completion Stages in this way? The Generation Stage prevents the clinging to the reality of this appearing world, and the Completion Stage abandons the conceptual thoughts that cling to illusion. When there is no clinging to the reality of appearance and emptiness, then it is the pure nature of the inseparability of Generation and Completion. Among them, through the Generation Stage, by visualizing the outer world as a palace, one abandons the grasping of ordinary appearances such as earth and stones as having inherent existence; by visualizing sentient beings as deities and consorts, one abandons the clinging to the inherent existence of sentient beings and attachment and aversion; by visualizing one's own aggregates, elements, and sense bases as deities, one realizes that this is how it has always been, thereby purifying the obscurations of the form body, completing the accumulation of merit, and giving rise to samadhi of calm abiding, etc., there are many necessities. Among them, in the Yoga Tantra and the three outer tantras, the Generation Stage is sealed with the four mudras, the four mindfulnesses are practiced, one visualizes like an illusory child, and the post-meditation absorption, etc., will occur, but the profound stages are not present. In the Unsurpassed Yoga Tantra, inconceivable methods and wisdom are taught. By practicing the Completion Stage, one also abandons the clinging to the Generation Stage and all phenomena as being like illusions, and because one is free from the clinging of this and that, one purifies the obscurations of the Dharmakaya, and completes the accumulation of inconceivable samadhi wisdom. Among them, the essence of the Completion Stage is to focus the mind on a certain object, abide in a state of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality, and thereby combine with the realization of the meaning of the primordial Mahamudra. Among them, in terms of the way things exist in their nature, one practices from the way things exist from the fundamental original state, the nature of the Vajra body, the essence of the meaning of mind nature, and from consciousness. Among them, there are two types: having skillful means in one's own body and relying on a consort in another body. One's own body is Tummo, Illusory Body, Dream, Clear Light, Bardo, Transference of Consciousness, etc., without relying on others, one accomplishes enlightenment entirely through the effort of one's own mind.
