༌། འགྲོ་ཀུན་དགའ་བས་དོན་གཉིས་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ། །མཐར་ཡང་རང་ཉིད་ལུས་ཅན་ཀུན་གྱི་སྐྱབས། ། དཔུང་གཉེན་བྱེད་པས་སྐུ་གསུམ་འབྱོར་པ་འཛིན། །དེའང་དཀར་པོ་ལ་དགའ་བའི་ལྷ་རྣམས་དགའ་བས་བསྲུང་ཞིང་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་གོང་འཕེལ་དུ་འགྲུབ་པར། དེ་ཉིད་ལས། གཞན་ཡང་དཀར་པོ་ལ་མངོན་པར་དགའ་བའི་ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བསྲུང་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་དག་ཀྱང་སྤེལ་བ་ཡིན་ནོ་ཞེས་སོ། ། མྱུར་དུ་རྒྱལ་བའི་གོ་འཕང་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། མྱང་འདས་ལས། གང་སུ་གསུམ་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་འགྲོ །དེ་དག་མྱུར་དུ་སངས་རྒྱས་འགྱུར། །ཞེས་སོ། ། དེའང་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་སོང་བས་མཐར་ཐུག་སངས་རྒྱས་འགྲུབ། ཆོས་ལ་སོང་བས་ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར། དགེ་འདུན་ལ་སོང་བས་ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག་པའི་དགེ་འདུན་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ལྟ་བུ་འདུ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། ། ཚད་མ་མཆིས་པའི་ཕན་ཡོན་ནི། ཡོན་ཏན་མདོར་བསྡུ་ན། སྐྱབས་སོང་ཡོན་ཏན་གལ་ཏེ་གཟུགས་མཆིས་ན། །ནམ་མཁས་ཆེས་ལྷག་བསོད་ནམས་ཕ་མཐའ་ཡས། ། དེ་ཡང༌། དྲི་མ་མེད་པའི་མདོ་ལས། །སྐྱབས་སུ་སོང་བའི་བསོད་ནམས་ གང༌། །གལ་ཏེ་དེ་ལ་གཟུགས་མཆིས་ན། །ནམ་མཁའི་ཁམས་ནི་ཀུན་བཀང་ནས། །དེ་ནི་དེ་བས་ལྷག་པར་འགྱུར། །ཞེས་སོ། །དེའང་འཇིགས་པ་དང་འཚེ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་སེལ་བ་ནི། མདོ་རྒྱལ་མཚན་དམ་པ་ལས། དགེ་སློང་དག ། ཁྱོད་དགོན་པ་དང༌། དུར་ཁྲོད་དང༌། འབྲོག་སྟོང་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ན་འདུག་ཀྱང་རུང༌། གསུམ་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་སོང་ཞིག་དང༌། འཇིགས་པ་དང༌། སྡུག་བསྔལ་བ་དང༌། སྤུ་ཟིང་ཞེས་བྱེད་པ་དེ་དག་མེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ་ཞེས་སོ། ། ཡར་བདུད་དང་ངན་སོང་གི་འཇིགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་མི་འབྱུང་སྟེ། ཉི་མའི་སྙིང་པོའི་མདོ་ལས། སངས་རྒྱས་སྐྱབས་སུ་སེམས་ཅན་སུ་འགྲོ་བ། །བདུད་རྣམས་བྱེ་བས་གསད་པར་མི་ནུས་ཏེ། །ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཉམས་ཞིང་བློ་ནི་འཁྲུགས་ཟིན་ཀྱང༌། །དེ་ནི་ངེས་པར་སྐྱེ་བའི་ཕ་རོལ་འགྲོ །ཞེས་སོ། མདོར་ན་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་དང༌། འཚེ་བ་དང༌། ཐེག་པ་དམན་པའི་ལམ་དང༌། འཁོར་བ་དང་ངན་སོང་ལ་སོགས་པ་མི་མཐུན་པའི་ཕྱོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་སྐྱོབ་ཅིང༌། མངོན་པར་མཐོ་བ་དང་ངེས་པར་ལེགས་པའི་དོན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཐོབ་པར་བྱེད་དེ། མདོ་སྡེའི་རྒྱན་ལས། རྟག་ཏུ་ཉོན་མོངས་ཚོགས་ཀུན་དང༌། །ཉེས་པར་སྤྱོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང༌། །རྒ་དང་འཆི་བ་དག་ལས་ཀྱང༌། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་ཡོངས་སུ་སྐྱོབ། །འཚེ་བ་དག་ནི་ཐམས་ཅད་དང༌། །ངན་སོང་དང་ནི་གནས་མིན་དང༌། །འཇིག་ཚོགས་ཐེག་པ་དམན་དག་ལས། །སྐྱོབ་ཕྱིར་སྐྱབས་

令一切众生欢喜，二利自然成就。最终自己也成为一切有情众生的救护者。作为助伴，掌握着三身的财富。而且，喜爱白色的天神们欢喜地守护，善根也得以增长。如经中所说：此外，由特别喜爱白色的天神们守护。善根也得以增长。迅速获得佛果，如《涅槃经》中所说：无论谁皈依三宝，他们都会迅速成佛。如是说。皈依佛，最终成就佛果。皈依法，转法轮。皈依僧，将会聚集如不退转的僧众之海。 无量利益的功德是： 功德简而言之：皈依的功德，如果具有形体，那么比天空还要浩瀚，福德无边无际。 也就是，在《无垢经》中说：皈依的福德，如果它具有形体，那么充满整个虚空界，它比那还要浩瀚。如是说。而且，遣除一切怖畏和损害是：在《经幢胜幢经》中说：比丘们，你们住在寂静处、尸林、空旷的荒野等地也可以，皈依三宝，那么怖畏、痛苦和毛骨悚然等都不会有。如是说。而且，不会有魔障和恶趣的怖畏，如《日藏经》中所说：众生无论谁皈依佛，无数魔众也无法杀害他，即使戒律破损、心智迷乱，他也必定会到达彼岸。如是说。总之，从烦恼、损害、小乘道、轮回和恶趣等一切不利的方面救护，并且获得一切增上生和决定胜的利益。如《经庄严论》中所说：恒时从一切烦恼众，以及一切恶行，还有衰老和死亡中，佛陀亲自救护。为了从一切损害，以及恶趣和非处，还有坏聚小乘中救护，故皈依。
English
May all beings rejoice, and may the two benefits be naturally accomplished. Ultimately, may I myself become the protector of all sentient beings. By being a companion, may I hold the wealth of the three bodies. Moreover, may the gods who delight in white protect with joy, and may the roots of virtue increase and grow. As it is said in the scriptures: Furthermore, may the gods who especially delight in white protect. May the roots of virtue also be increased. May the state of Buddhahood be swiftly attained, as it is said in the Nirvana Sutra: Whoever goes for refuge to the three, they will swiftly become Buddhas. Thus it is said. By going for refuge to the Buddha, one ultimately accomplishes Buddhahood. By going for refuge to the Dharma, one turns the wheel of Dharma. By going for refuge to the Sangha, one will gather like an irreversible ocean of Sangha. The benefits of immeasurable merit are: The qualities in brief: If the merit of refuge had form, it would be more vast than the sky, and the merit would be limitless. That is, in the Immaculate Sutra it says: The merit of going for refuge, if it had form, it would fill the entire realm of space, and it would be even more vast than that. Thus it is said. Moreover, dispelling all fears and harms is: In the Sutra of the Noble Banner it says: Monks, even if you dwell in solitary places, charnel grounds, empty wildernesses, and so on, go for refuge to the three, and then fears, sufferings, and terrors will not occur. Thus it is said. Moreover, all fears of demons and bad migrations will not arise, as it is said in the Essence of the Sun Sutra: Whichever sentient being goes for refuge to the Buddha, countless demons cannot kill him, even if his discipline is broken and his mind is confused, he will certainly go to the other shore of birth. Thus it is said. In short, it protects from all unfavorable aspects such as afflictions, harms, the path of the lesser vehicle, samsara, and bad migrations, and it causes all the benefits of higher realms and definite goodness to be obtained. As it is said in the Ornament of the Sutras: Always from all collections of afflictions, and all misdeeds, and also from aging and death, the Buddha himself fully protects. In order to protect from all harms, and also from bad migrations and non-places, and from the perishable aggregates and the lesser vehicle, therefore take refuge.
