At the time of death, in the space in front, on a lotus tree and lion throne, is the fearless and vast Lama, and the smiling one who is inseparable from the Buddha, surrounded by the lineage lamas, Bodhisattvas, and Dakinis. Below, contemplate the karmic debts of the six realms of samsara, the guests of compassion, and the sentient beings of the three times, parents, and samsara. At that time, whether it is a sign of death, or a demon or a serious illness, in the space in front, the Lama and the one inseparable from the Buddha are surrounded by the lineage lamas and the assembly of Dakinis. Below the front, contemplate the parents of the six realms, as well as the demons and obstacles that bring harm. Invite the wisdom beings, and make brief offerings and praises. "The exchange practice of substances is:" Then, from the crown of one's own mind, the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) emerges, transforming into the body of a hero. In the form of holding a curved knife and a skull bowl, cut off the skull from the eyebrow (藏文:སྨིན་མཚམས) of the body. On the three skull supports, place the skull bowl filled with the flesh, blood, and bones of the body. From below, rain down nectar, ignite flames, and the skull bowl is filled with nectar equal to three thousand worlds. That is, one's own mind, the white syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) emerges from the crown, transforming into a white hero, holding a sword in the right hand and a skull bowl in the left hand, cutting off one's own body from the eyebrow with the sword. Place it on the three skull supports. Contemplate the flesh and blood of the body filling the skull bowl, and from below, the wind arises from yaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:यं,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉语字面意思:扬), and the fire arises from raṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让), causing the skull bowl to boil. From above, a stream of nectar descends, contemplating it as equal to three thousand worlds. "Giving to the guests is:" Then, one's own mind transforms into countless heroes, simultaneously offering everything with skull bowls, delighting the peaceful guests, completing the accumulations, and obtaining accomplishments. Delight the worldly guests, repaying the karmic debts from beginningless time. In particular, delight the demons that bring harm, pacifying obstacles. May the light of delighting everything shine upon oneself. Contemplate that diseases are pacified, demons are pacified, and obstacles are naturally pacified. Deceive death and obtain accomplishments. That is, one transforms into skillful hands equal to the number of guests, simultaneously offering to all the guests, delighting the Buddhas and others who have transcended the world, obtaining two kinds of accomplishments. Delight the six realms, repaying karmic debts. Delight the demons, pacifying obstacles. May the light of delighting everything shine upon oneself, contemplating that all diseases, demons, and obstacles are pacified. The dedication is:

E yi. Afterwards, everything does not abide in the mind, the nature of mind does not abide, and abides in the equality of the Dharmadhatu. Dedicate from the illusory nature. Likewise, just as the guests, the objects of offering, and the givers are all one's own mind, knowing that all dharmas are one's own mind, without any elaboration, abide in this, and dedicate from the state of illusion. The "Explanation of Merits" says: The excellent assembly wheel among the yogis Kusulipas, this can pacify unfavorable conditions, complete the two accumulations, be free from the two obscurations, blessings are immeasurable, and realization arises in the continuum, without self-grasping and with strong renunciation, wishes are fulfilled, and the appearance of the world arises as the Lama, without any cutting off and the clear light of death is accomplished, liberation in the bardo, and the two benefits are perfectly fulfilled. Therefore, one should diligently practice the Lama. Thus it is taught. Other benefits include: being able to fulfill all deficiencies, becoming the most excellent of offerings to the gods, abandoning self-grasping and destroying the illusion of dualistic grasping, etc., which are immeasurable. "Explanation of the Reason for This" Now explain the reason for great benefits. No matter who cultivates the generation stage for kalpas, remembering the Lama for a moment is the most excellent. In the "Wheel of Maturation Play Sutra" it says: No matter who, in billions of kalpas, cultivates the body of the deity, he is the great sovereign of all protectors, and remembering the Lama is said to be the most excellent. Thus it is said. "The Fifth Benefit is Divided into Two, Encouraging Reliance on the Basis of Becoming the Basis of All Merits" Thus, encourage reliance on the Lama. The virtuous wealth is the basis of the supreme, fulfilling all merits, possessing clouds of benefit and happiness, those who desire the nectar of the three realms, the excellent Dharma rain, should rely on those with compassion. The Buddha of all-knowing wisdom is the supreme wealth of oneself and others, protecting beings with the wealth of the undying Dharma, possessing immeasurable merits. Those who desire to rain down the Dharma from the clouds of benefit and happiness in the three realms, turning the wheel of Dharma three times in succession, should rely on a virtuous friend. Thus it is said. In the "Intermediate Perfection of Wisdom Sutra" it says: Subhuti, those who desire to attain all-knowing wisdom should rely on a virtuous friend.
