Is it born from the field of appearance? How does its form appear like a path, that is Dharma. It is also the mind's consciousness. That is also Dharma from the aspect of the field, and from the aspect of its appearance in awareness, it is called consciousness. Again, it says in that: "Among them, how does the mind's consciousness arise following the previous object? Or it is the consciousness that measures the unmanifest object, it is both the object and the consciousness." Etc. That is, the five sense consciousnesses and the alaya consciousness, the previous object, or from those six components of each consciousness, the moment they cease, it is called mind. As it says in the Treasury of Knowledge: "The six cease and that is mind, whatever consciousness it is, that is mind." Etc. That is, when it is like form, the alaya consciousness is to abide purely and clearly without grasping in the object, and the appearance of seeing form is the eye consciousness, placing these two as cessation, then the part that appears in an instant as "it is form" is called mind or heart. That instant of entering is very fast, because it does not contemplate in detail, it is called non-conceptual. It is also called the conceptualization that is first taken by awareness. All the subtle observations that arise after that are said to be grasping conceptualizations. The mind is aware in the first instant, but if the observation does not continue, then all the yogic masters believe that karma will not be accumulated. As it is said: "In the Doha of the peak of discrimination, the consciousness of the six aggregates of objects, is not defiled by grasping, only that, there is no karma and no fruition. Like the sky, it is seen without stain." Etc. The way consciousness accumulates karma is: Now, how do those consciousnesses accumulate karma? That is, by the gross attachment and discrimination of good and evil, it causes the formation of habits in the desire realm, relying on the alaya consciousness. The non-conceptual clear appearance causes formation in the form realm; the non-conceptual one-pointedness causes the formation of habits in the formless realm. The nature of samsara, the two adventitious obscurations, are always closely relied upon. Thus it is said. Among them, the mind, with its gross grasping and apprehended, universally discriminates, and falls into the desire realm by the karma of good and non-virtue. Without being grasped by reality, practicing in the state of not arising discrimination on the appearing object in meditation, is the karma of being born in the form realm.

Sowing on the ground. Blocking the appearing realm, meditating without thinking about anything, then establishing the seeds of being born in the formless realm in the Alaya. In the chapter of the Holy Samadhi of the Jewel Heap, it is said: If one distinguishes with discrimination, then abandoning virtue, non-virtue, and neutral actions, one will fall into the desire realm. If the mind does not discriminate and does not abandon the object, then one practices yoga with one-pointedness, and because it is separate from the nature of Dharma, it acts in the form realm. If the mind is neither form nor desire, and one does not see the appearance of the object, but becomes familiar by looking at it often, then one wanders in the realm of formlessness, and one will never be liberated from these three realms of existence. Therefore, one should listen with correct hearing, and diligently practice what is to be familiarized with through meditation. Showing the state of consciousness, Showing the state of those consciousnesses. Consciousness does not think about anything, at the time of distraction. Not grasping the appearing realm, at the time of one-pointed Alaya. Do not allow clinging to anything that appears clearly. The Alaya consciousness is clear, bright, and unwavering. The objects of the five gates and the grasping and clinging of negation and establishment.
