Even on the throne, one will not die." Thus it is said. Furthermore, if one month of humans is considered one day and night for pretas, then five hundred years of pretas is said to be equivalent to fifty thousand human years. Third, urging not to be attached to worldly affairs but to practice Dharma The aspect of immeasurable suffering. Having seen such a repulsive aspect of self-nature, In order for meaningful beings to practice liberation, It is imperative to distance oneself from the thought of attachment to worldly affairs, It is imperative to practice the peaceful and supreme Dharma. Thus, it is well advised. Explaining animals in two parts, first is the aspect of suffering Now explaining that animals also have no happiness The realm where animals reside is the extent of the four great oceans, One eats another, suffering is immeasurable. In the darkness between continents, those who dwell in the sea, Are also terrified by the harm of cold, heat, hunger, thirst, and one eating another. Scattered in the human world, birds and deer, etc., Are harmed by hunters and threatened by their respective harms. Horses, cattle, mules, sheep, donkeys, etc., Are used and beaten, suffering is endless, Dying for meat, skin, and bones, The suffering of self-nature is invisible without end, The nagas experience happiness and suffering in the middle of the day and night, Happiness and suffering that change in the morning and evening, Some places experience rain of sand and gravel, Some are lonely and separated from their companions, threatened by poverty, Most are ignorant and afraid of garudas, etc., Possessing various kinds of suffering. Life is uncertain, some live only for a day, It is also said that some, like aquatic animals, live for an eon. Among them, the animals that dwell in the realm are the outer great ocean, the plains between the four continents, filled with fish, shells, crocodiles, etc., without gaps, crowded like a mash of changdar. The big eat the small, and the small also eat the big, and so on. The iron mountains of this continent extend beyond the other continent, and the iron mountains of the other continent extend beyond this continent. The outer edge, which has not been carefully checked, is like the darkness between the continents. Because there is no light from the sun and moon. In that water, they also devour each other, and the suffering of hunger and thirst is immeasurable. Scattered ones refer to insects, bees, birds, deer, etc. that live in the mountains, plains, water, rocks, sky, etc. in the human world. These are their respective sufferings

Suffering, cold, hunger, thirst, one eating another, etc., diseases and harms are immeasurable. Especially the harm from hunters, fishermen, and bird trappers, etc. Some die for meat, skin, and bones, are enslaved, killed after being used, beaten, bled, etc., endless suffering. Even in the realm of the Nagas, whether day or night, morning or evening, at any time, they are tormented by various sufferings such as cold, hunger, and thirst. In some places, hail falls, some are abandoned by all, not accepted into the group, lonely and helpless, universal ignorance, fear of the Garuda, fear of the Vidyadharas, the forms of harm are immeasurable. Life is also uncertain, some only last for a moment, some only for a day, etc. The Naga king Jogpo, etc., can also live through an intermediate kalpa. The Abhidharmakosha says, "Jogpo is a kalpa." The Sutra Requested by the Dragon King of the Sea says, "I have lived in this place in the sea for one intermediate kalpa." As stated in the Letter to a Friend: "Even in the animal realm, there is killing, bondage, and various sufferings such as beatings. For those who abandon peace and virtue, one eats another, which is extremely unbearable. Some die for pearls, wool, bones, blood, meat, and skin. Other beings without autonomy are used with feet and hands, whips and iron hooks, etc., applied to them." . The second is to exhort diligence in the Dharma: Thinking about these reasons, escape from the cycle of the world, and in order to accomplish benefit and happiness, create a good path of higher realms and definite goodness, and strive day and night to devote yourself to virtue. This is how it is taught: Because those who have escaped from good and other excellent dharmas and entered the animal realm, and who want to be liberated from it, in order to temporarily obtain the great path of gods and humans, should strive for the ten virtuous actions, the four dhyanas, and the four formless absorptions, which are in accordance with the division of merit. In order to ultimately obtain the great path of liberation, the holy path, one should strive for the accumulation of merit and wisdom, the six perfections, etc., which have the essence of emptiness and compassion, and practice the grounds and paths.
