The impure appearance of delusion is caused by the mind. It is not that the mountain is created by the mind. It will be explained like this. Furthermore, if the mind is not guarded, then even the trainings cannot be guarded. As it is said in the Bodhicaryāvatāra: "If this mind is not guarded, then one cannot guard the trainings." And: "Except for the discipline of guarding the mind, what is the use of holding many disciplines?" And: "Here, all fears and immeasurable sufferings are born from the mind." The Sugata has taught this. Who made the weapons of hell for sentient beings? Who made the burning iron ground? From where did those masses of fire arise? All such things, the Teacher said, are evil minds. Thus, in the three realms, there is no fear greater than the mind. " And: "If the mind is tamed, then everything is tamed." In this way, all the happiness and suffering of samsara arise from one's own mind, so striving to tame it is the root of all Dharma. As it is said in the Cloud of Jewels Sutra: "The world is led by the mind, the mind is not seen by the mind. All virtuous or non-virtuous actions are accumulated by the mind." Also, in the chapter of Kashyapa, it says: "The mind performs various actions, like a painter. It manifests harm, like an opponent. It generates all suffering, like an unfriendly person." Also, in the Sutra of Distinguishing Migrations, it says: "When the burning iron ground is blazing, the blazing flames spread everywhere. Sharp iron wheels with sharp blades cut one body into eight parts. The sinful ones of body, speech, and mind, all arise from their minds." Therefore, since the mind is the root of all happiness and suffering, one should strive only to tame the mind. "Second, the advice to strive in the Dharma day and night: " Thus, at any time wandering in samsara, passing from one to another again and again and enjoying samsara. In the endless life feared by death, poverty and suffering fall like rain, all arise from meaningless distractions. Therefore, all the Dharmas of higher realms and definite goodness,

Because of the difficulty of obtaining leisure and endowment, day and night without懈, generate joy with diligence. As the Tree Arrangement Sutra says: "Son of a noble family! All things that flow in samsara are burned by the fire of suffering because they do not keep in mind the difficulty of obtaining their own body adorned with leisure and endowment, and are turned by the cause of evil friends. She is liberated from samsara by thinking of the preciousness of leisure and endowment. You should also act in this way." Third, generate joy after explaining the benefits. Now advise to generate joy from the perspective of benefits. Here the teacher sees meaning, hearing and practicing the Dharma also has meaning, This life has meaning and the next life has fruit, all obtained from the body of leisure and endowment, Therefore, one should repeatedly cultivate joy, in the past seeing the Buddha, Liberation, temporarily this life day and night doing good is meaningful, in the next life sowing the seeds of liberation, All those among us, are born from thinking of the difficulty of obtaining leisure and endowment, The Great Mindfulness Sutra says: The pleasant one, what you see and hear is good, as born from thinking of leisure and endowment, Observe the happiness and good Dharma of humans and gods, all will be accomplished. Therefore, one should sincerely rejoice in obtaining leisure. Fourth, achieving the good that transcends ordinary people. Thus, the way to achieve the good that transcends ordinary people is explained. The lord of beings in the world of gods and humans, surrounded by disciples of hearers and solitary realizers, Obtaining the position of immortal nectar, also born from the supreme human body, Therefore, praise the leisure and endowment as surpassing the heavenly body, therefore, one should rejoice in obtaining a human body. When the Bhagavan obtains the basis for enlightenment, he is also the lord of the people of Jambudvipa, therefore, he is praised as surpassing the heavens, as the Manifest Enlightenment Sutra says: All cannot manifest enlightenment in the heavenly realm, because of arrogance in the place, they cannot manifest the truth. Leisure and endowment are complete.
