Happiness and suffering, in some places, sand and gravel fall like rain. Some are lonely, friendless, and threatened by poverty. Most are ignorant and fearful of dakinis, etc. There are many kinds of suffering. Life is also uncertain; some live only a day. While nagas and others can live for an eon. Thinking of these, in order to be liberated from the animal realm. Those who wish to be liberated, in order to accomplish benefit and happiness. Establish the good path of attaining higher realms and definite goodness. Day and night, strive diligently and devote yourselves to virtue. People also have no time for happiness. There are sorrow, displeasure, and strife, etc. Before one person's suffering is relieved, another suffers. Eating food mixed with poison causes changes. Illnesses arise from improper diet, clothing, and behavior. The suffering of future lives is a symbol of conditioning. Suffering itself has three aspects, and similarly. There are birth, old age, sickness, and death, encountering unpleasant things. Suffering from not getting what one wants and being close to poverty. There are eight kinds of immeasurable suffering. Ignorance, consciousness, wind, and mind are all integrated into the bindu. Hard and round like a spark, like a fish bone and a frog. The body gradually forms in seven weeks. The mother's labor, hunger, thirst, heat, and cold, etc. Even a little bit causes immeasurable suffering. Dark and narrow, frightening, and with an unpleasant smell. One must endure the unbearable suffering of being cramped. From the seventh week to the twenty-sixth week. The senses, limbs, hair, etc., are formed. Until the thirty-sixth week. The essence of the body is nourished and increased, and movement occurs. From then on, until the wheel of bones is worn out. The wind of karma blows the head and tail upside down, causing decay. The suffering of approaching death is like being compressed and destroyed. After birth, it is like the skin being peeled off by touch. Like touching a wound with a razor after bathing. The suffering of old age is extremely difficult to bear. Youth declines, and one is no longer liked by anyone. The upper body cannot support itself and must rely on a cane. The body's temperature decreases, and food is difficult to digest. Physical strength declines, making it difficult to walk, sit, and move. One cannot go where one wants, and the joints change. The senses decline, vision blurs, and one cannot see clearly. One cannot hear sounds, smell odors, or feel touch. Memory is unclear, and one is immersed in ignorant sleep. Interest in worldly pleasures diminishes, and merits decrease. Even delicious food becomes the opposite. Fear of death due to the decline of life, confusion of perception and consciousness. Like a child, with little tolerance, unable to endure suffering. Like an oil-depleted lamp, it goes out quickly. The suffering of illness is extremely difficult to bear. The nature of the body changes, and the mind is uneasy. Worldly enjoyments are displeasing. Sorrow arises from the fear of separation from life. Unable to bear suffering, one utters groans. The suffering of death is also extremely great. In the end, one can only lie on food, clothing, speech, and bedding. Abandoning life, body, retinue, relatives, and enjoyments. Fearing to go alone without support. The suffering of encountering unpleasant things is also unbearable. Threatened by unpleasantness and harm. Separation from loving and cherished places is also the source of sorrow, groans, and unease. Suffering from the desire to recall virtues. The suffering caused by the failure of desires is that when things are not accomplished, the sting in the heart arises. Afflicted by poverty, like hungry and thirsty pretas. Form, feeling, perception, formation, and consciousness, these five aggregates of clinging, because they are tainted, are the place of all suffering. They are said to be the support, container, and source. Therefore, in all of the human realm, because suffering is cause and effect, there is no happiness. In order to be liberated from it, one should contemplate virtuous Dharma and seek the means to be liberated from samsara. Even the Asuras have no time for happiness, because they fight, quarrel, and hate meaninglessly, and are unable to bear the glory of the gods and become jealous, enduring hundreds and thousands of sufferings on the battlefield. Therefore, virtuous and peaceful beings should quickly accumulate the treasury of the Dharma of liberation. Even in the desire realm heavens, there is immeasurable suffering, because they are intoxicated by unrestrained desires, and there is the suffering of death and falling. Disliking withered flowers and worn-out cushions, being abandoned by friends, and fearing the next life. Experiencing the unbearable seven days of suffering of the gods. Brahma and other form realm meditative deities fall to lower realms because their previous karma is exhausted. Seeing the suffering of change, they suffer . Seeing the exhaustion of karma in the formless realm of peace, the next existence is endowed with the suffering of formations. Even if one obtains the heavens, one cannot trust them, therefore the Buddhas of the Fortunate Aeon should strive to accomplish liberation. Do not be attached to the happiness of samsara.
