Since there is no other, it is called the Avīci hell and the hell without interval. Those hells mentioned above, in turn, burn with seven times the flames. Below, the remaining suffering of the previous hells is added, and suffering is experienced until the karma is exhausted. In the ephemeral mountains, trees, sky, and between rocks, in places where fire and water are uncertain, sometimes staying briefly, sometimes gathering, sometimes staying alone. There, one is tormented by any kind of suffering, so it is called the ephemeral hell. Others have short lives, and some gather little. "Thinking that it is an ephemeral hell is a mistake, the sinful forms between the rocks also have long lives, in the ephemeral hell, the Śrāvaka forms gathered like umbrellas, it is said that five hundred times they stab each other with weapons. Around the four sides of the Avīci hell house, there are plains of burning coals, corpses, and weapons, and boundless rivers, four fours making sixteen. Thinking that the door of Avīci hell is open, coming out from it, seeing good pits and shadows, one goes there, as soon as one arrives, the burning coals submerge the knees, all the flesh is burned, and the bones turn white. Spacious and cool, it is extremely painful as before. Again, seeing a cool swamp, one goes to soak in it, from the swamp of rotting corpses and foul odor, worms with iron, copper, and gold beaks pierce out. Again, seeing a pleasant plain, as soon as one arrives, burning blades cut it into pieces and devour it. No matter which desirable forest one goes to, it is destroyed by the wind stirred in the sword forest. Passing beyond that, on the extremely pleasant mountain peak, seeing the place that was called before, one goes there, sharp iron hooks pierce the flesh and blood. When one reaches the top, vultures gnaw at the brain. Again, thinking that one is being called from the foot of the mountain, when one goes down, one is pierced upwards by hooks." "At the edge of the plain, there are men and women with sharp teeth, embracing in flames, extremely painful, and many dogs and jackals devour them. Again, seeing a cool river flowing, one goes happily, as soon as one soaks in, the ashes submerge the waist, the flesh and bones are burned, and one sees Yama's servants guarding on both sides. There one suffers for thousands of years. Who would not fear such a hell? In Saṃsāra, there is such immeasurable suffering, recognizing the nature, seek the means of liberation. Being tormented by cold also has eight types, ice and snow are extremely cold.

In those places of the Blister Hells, bodies stiffened by the swirling dark blizzards, those with blisters and those with burst blisters, teeth chattering from the cold, wailing and crying out, "Achu!" Alas, like a lotus cracked like an উৎপল (Tibetan, Devanagari, utpala, meaning: উৎপল flower), In the wounds cracked like large lotuses, creatures with sharp, burning beaks devour, and they only stir when the end of their karma is reached. The measure of their lifespan is like a கோச (Tibetan, Devanagari, kosa, meaning: கோச) la load, From a sesame store that can hold twenty கோச (Tibetan, Devanagari, kosa, meaning: கோச) la loads, if one sesame seed is taken out every hundred years until it is exhausted, the remaining lifespan in the Blister Hell is twenty. Sentient beings, from the world of the hells, generate the strength of diligence to utterly triumph! The realm of the pretas, dwelling in the expanse of space, their bodies thin, limbs slender, and bellies vast, throats thin, mouths like the eye of a needle. They cannot find food or drink, tormented by burning hunger and thirst. Seeing medicinal trees and flowers, they wither. They eat disgusting vomit that is unpleasant from the outside. Even when they see food and drink, it appears to be guarded, and inner obscurations cause fire to burn in their bellies, and they exhale flames and smoke from their mouths. Common obscurations torment them with poverty and fear, and in miserable places, they suffer without protectors. The pretas and demons wandering in the sky, as well as yakshas and rakshasas, fierce ones and kings, etc., travel everywhere unimpeded by the magic of karma, manifestly causing various harms, sending diseases, stealing essence, and cutting off lifespans. The measure of their lifespan is one day for a human month, Five hundred of their years is fifteen thousand human years. They suffer in the world of Yama. Seeing such a repulsive nature, for the sake of beings who are in accord with meaning to attain liberation, cast far away the intelligence that delights in existence, and definitely practice the sacred Dharma of peace. The general dwelling place of animals is the extent of the four great oceans, where they devour each other, and suffering is immeasurable. Even those who dwell in the dark ocean between continents are terrified by the harm of heat, cold, hunger, thirst, and being devoured. Scattered among humans are birds and wild animals, etc., harmed by hunters and threatened by their own harms. Horses, cattle, mules, sheep, and donkeys, etc., are used and beaten, their suffering is endless, and they die for their meat, skin, and bones, their inherent suffering having no end. The nagas experience happiness and suffering in the halves of days and nights, and the changes of morning and evening.
