Thinking that from one to all, one should meditate. As a sign, there is no jealousy, and joy arises. After that, the objectless samadhi is joy itself. Peace and happiness are naturally accomplished in body, speech, and mind. The result is that wealth is stable, and joy is accomplished. After becoming accustomed to this, meditate in sequence starting from loving-kindness. By this, gradually prevent the four attachments. . When cultivating loving-kindness, like being attached to everyone as if they were relatives, use compassion to prevent the weaknesses of the cause and effect of suffering. . When compassion is weak and has an object, completely prevent sorrow with objectless joy. . When joy distracts the mind and indulges in indulgence, meditate on great equanimity that is far from attachment to near and far. When equanimity is like the indeterminate in the middle, meditate on loving-kindness and so on in sequence as before. By this, it is easy to become proficient and gain stability. The yogi who is extremely stable in habit, alternates between sequential and non-sequential, and meditates on sudden transcendence. By this, realization is like fresh peeling, and it becomes the most stable because it is extremely stable. Among the four fruits of such meditation, one obtains both Vipaka, higher realms, and definite goodness. As desired, one accomplishes the body of gods and humans and does beneficial and happy deeds. By doing the same thing because the cause is the same, and by experiencing it, one obtains happiness that is far from incompatible aspects. By freedom, one is born in a desirable, happy, and extremely beautiful place. Beings are harmonious, and they are born adorned with wealth. By action, the four increase greatly, and the wealth of both self and others is naturally accomplished. With loving-kindness, there is no hatred, and enjoyment is complete. One can quickly obtain mirror-like wisdom. The body of complete enjoyment is adorned with marks and signs. With compassion, there is no desire, the Dharmakaya. It can manifest the wisdom of individual observation. The Dharmakaya is the Dharma that is not mixed with powers and so on. With joy, there is no jealousy, the Nirmanakaya. One can obtain the supreme wisdom of accomplishing deeds. The Nirmanakaya is an uncertain variety of forms. It is the naturally accomplished body, which is activity. With equanimity, there is no pride or ignorance of self-nature. Manifesting the wisdom of equality Dharmadhatu. The Svabhavikakaya is Dharmata, free from elaboration. Thus, loving-kindness and other qualities are infinite, and it is a treasure praised by the incomparable teacher of gods and humans. Without these, that path is completely reversed. . Taking refuge in other teachers is an evil path. By this

The shortcut is the stainless path to liberation, the footsteps of all Buddhas of the three times, past and future. If you wish to generate the two bodies of skillful means and wisdom through the causal vehicle, like a seed sprouting, then through the resultant vehicle, by acknowledging the aspect of the conditions that eliminate the two obscurations of the body, rely on the path of immeasurable compassion, which is one in meaning, namely emptiness endowed with compassion. Both cause and effect are practiced in harmony. Furthermore, primordial virtue, like a seed, is said in the sutras to be naturally present without being created. It and the three bodies are inherently possessed, but obscured by adventitious obscurations. The desire to remove them is similar to mantra itself. In short, the paths of sutra and tantra are explained as one by accomplished scholars, both internally and externally. Therefore, follow in the footsteps of the noble bodhisattvas and strive in the four immeasurables. Thus, with well-spoken words and a peaceful nature, may the mental afflictions of all beings be thoroughly pacified, and may the weary minds that have entered misguided paths, wrong paths, and inferior paths find rest today. From "Great Perfection: Resting the Mind Itself," the seventh chapter, the chapter on the Four Immeasurables, is complete. Having thus cultivated the four immeasurables well, meditate on the two aspects of bodhicitta, the root of all dharmas. It also brings the ocean of samsara of afflictions to an end, eliminates fear, sorrow, and all sins, destroys actions, suffering, and conditioned phenomena, and leads beings from samsara to peace. Even if the mind is not manifest, the stream of merit of compassion increases more and more, and even in equipoise, skillful means and wisdom are united. All actions of body, speech, and mind are meaningful, and become an object of worship for all beings in the world, including the gods. As the fruits of other virtues are small and exhaustible, the virtue of having taken hold of the precious mind is inexhaustible and increases. Like a clear stream of ocean water flowing, like a fertile field with abundant harvests, it is the root of all, the lord of the seed of compassion. Even in samsara, there are many fruits of happiness, the nature of peace, and the cause of supreme enlightenment. Strive to generate the precious mind well. It is a good, prosperous, wish-fulfilling vase, the supreme medicine that heals the diseases of beings and brings forth happiness, the sun of wisdom, the moon that dispels suffering, immaculate like the sky, a collection of qualities like stars, and on the nature of constantly bringing benefit and happiness, clouds of immeasurable merit.
