. Lying face down creates the power to subdue the three realms of existence. Pressing the knees and chest together creates the basis for illusion to arise as wisdom. Pushing the thumbs outward against the ground harms the wind of active karma. Pressing the backs of the hands against the ground supports the manifestation of reality itself. Lifting the neck slightly causes conceptual thought to arise as wisdom. Secondly, regarding the key point of resting wisdom, lying face down subdues the existence of the three doors of clinging and attachment. Placing the four limbs on the ground, pushing the thumbs of the feet outward against the ground reverses the wind of conceptual karma. When it reverses, external illusory appearances cease, and internally warmth arises in the body and mind. Pressing both palms against the ground reverses the wind of moving karma. When it reverses, externally bindus and subtle bindus appear, and internally an experience without day or night arises. Slightly raising the neck reverses the wind of grasping karma. When it reverses, externally the appearance of the body is seen, and internally the movement of the winds ceases. Regarding the posture of the Dharmakaya, the verbal explanation is: just as a lion possessing three powers is fearless of anything, so too, this bodily posture eliminates the fear of the three realms. Regarding the division of the meaning's progression, the key point of abiding in continuity is: the body sitting in a dog-like posture causes the meeting of space and awareness. Pressing the soles of the feet against the ground stops various conceptual thoughts. Folding the joints of the fingers and inserting them inside the two legs empties the movement of karma and afflictions. Relaxing the upper body constantly prevents separation from reality itself. Pressing the neck against the pulse serves as a support that does not deviate from the meaning of reality itself. Secondly, regarding the key point of resting wisdom, placing both soles of the feet on the ground and slightly pushing the knees outward, sitting in a dog-like posture, reverses the pervasive wind of karma. When it reverses, externally the appearance of purity on the side of wisdom is seen, and internally the stream of afflictions gradually ceases. Placing both palms inward stops the wind of the object-grasped karma. When it stops, externally the appearance of wisdom is seen, and internally the continuity of the subject-grasping thought is severed. Relaxing the upper body and straightening the neck reverses the projecting wind of karma. When it reverses, externally the appearance of purity on the side of wisdom is seen, and internally

And thus the continuum of afflictions is cut off. That is because by oppressing with the posture of the Dharmakaya, the wisdom of the Buddha is perfected. By oppressing with the posture of the Sambhogakaya, one can see the three thousand worlds of the Buddha. By oppressing with the posture of the Nirmanakaya, one has the necessity to accomplish the benefit of sentient beings without hindrance. Second, the three immovables of the viewing manner of manifestation are: As it is said in the Garland of Pearls: "The door is that which is immovable." Therefore, by looking at the viewing manner of the Nirmanakaya, one enjoys the appearance of the compassion of awareness. That is because by relying on the relaxation of the eyes, it is impossible to be separated from Samadhi. By slightly lowering the mind, one can hold the view of emptiness that is free from conceptualization. By looking equally, it is impossible to be controlled by afflictions. By looking at the viewing manner of the Sambhogakaya, one directly sees the appearance of the nature of awareness. Without distorting the body, by looking equally to the right with both eyes, all delusions cease at once. By looking askance, it is impossible to be separated from the Dharma nature. By looking to the left, one pierces the sphere and awareness. By slightly pressing the mind on that side, one cuts off the coming and going of the lineage. By looking at the viewing manner of the Dharmakaya, one sees the essence of awareness. By equally turning both eyes slightly upwards, one cuts off the continuum of the birth place of the three lower realms. By restraining at the eyebrow, awareness has no place to wander. By focusing on the expanse of the sky, there is no place for the sphere and awareness to separate. The relaxation of the eyes is all the same. Third, the three immovables of contraction and compression are: By contracting the limbs of the body, one cuts off the wheel of delusion of the six realms. By bending the joints of the fingers, one destroys the activities of the body. Occasionally, by compressing the veins of the neck, one creates the basis for the appearance of the light's own nature. By keeping the contraction of the body in place, one makes the three realms nameless. Second, the three immovables of speech are: By not mixing speech with anyone, one exhausts the ordinary actions of the six realms. By cutting off the play of words, speech manifests as self-born wisdom. By even blocking one's own expression, one is certain that all dharmas abide in a state beyond expression. Third, the three immovables of mind are: By not separating from the object of focus, one always abides in the intention of the Buddha. Awareness enters the realm of the sphere.
