Because of clinging to it, one cannot be liberated. Initially, one does not want appearances to arise. Later, when they do arise, one also understands them as coarse objects, and a similar cognition arises, so emptiness does not arise from within an inconceivable experience. When empty awareness is directed towards empty space, an experience arises that is similar to space, that is, empty, clear, free from contraction and expansion, and vast. Therefore, it is necessary for things to be free from characteristics. As it says in the Semdé: "The yogi abides in the activity of space." And in the Compendium: "What is that meaning? Examine it in space." And in the Intermediate Mother: "Meditating on the Perfection of Wisdom is making space into yoga." And so on, there are countless scriptural citations. Therefore, from the mixing of outer and inner objects arises the view of equality without discrimination, which is also called the view of the non-duality of dharmadhatu and awareness, and also called the view of the oneness of samsara and nirvana through the mixing of dharmadhatu and awareness. As it says in the Teaching to the Son: "The view of dharmadhatu and awareness is like space free from obscurations." Third, the key to prana and awareness is that when both object and door are present, awareness is held captive by relying on gentle prana. Therefore, the key is to make the prana gentle in any way possible, shooting it far outwards, then drawing it back and placing it. Therefore, by making the prana gentle, outwardly, it becomes a friend to the increase of the yogi's life; inwardly, it becomes a cause for the cessation of conceptualization; secretly, it performs the action of directly seeing awareness; and ultimately, it causes one to attain Buddhahood without the appearance of contaminated aggregates. As it says in the Refutation: "Prana must be made gentle, because it arises from great expansion, the connection between body and mind is severed, and it cannot be reversed even in the three realms." And: "By making prana and awareness gentle, wisdom is attained. Because it arises from great expansion, the connection between body and mind is severed, and it cannot be reversed even in the three realms." And: "By making prana and awareness gentle, wisdom is attained." The key to awareness is to place awareness like a thread within the enclosure of dharmadhatu and make it unmoving. As it says in that very text: "Self-awareness is like a thread, free from going and coming, and held in space." And as it says in the Teaching to the Son: "Within dharmadhatu, like a thread, place it and do not separate it." Therefore, by relying on gentle prana, the meaning of being free from activity arises in the continuum, awareness like a thread.

By entrusting the lineage to A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), the source of conceptualization will be exhausted. Confusion returns to the ground, and primordial wisdom meets mother and child. When awareness is separated from the winds and there is no coming and going, it is when awareness becomes self-sufficient. If you are going to guide, adjusting the key points of the body should be done for five or six days. Then, using the key points should be done for that amount of time. Then, searching for a place should be done for six to seven days. Then, manifestly placing it on oneself and practicing it. This will make you very proficient and give rise to the ability to meditate. Otherwise, if you do it ambiguously, you will see appearances like wild animals. Because there is no faith, at the end of the guidance, you will be at a loss and prone to rash actions, so avoid this. Therefore, when bestowing this great guidance, first, through diligent preliminary practices, generate extraordinary faith in the main practice. Once the main practice is established, a special joy will arise in manifestation. Afterwards, by explaining the conclusive view of the subsequent stage, knowing that you can sustain the practice, you will cut off doubts and conceptual extremes, and there will be a need to not desire other dharmas. Second, introducing the self-nature of manifest awareness: Awareness is like a vajra rosary, like a golden thread floating in the sky, accompanied by the appearance of the clear light of the dharmadhatu, this is the self-radiance of the unconfused, primordially pure, spontaneously accomplished Buddha. By looking at its nature, all conceptualizations will be purified, free from elaboration, and a radiance like the sky will arise within. The view of the inseparability of dharmadhatu and awareness, meets the wisdom born of wisdom. Equal to the primordial Kuntuzangpo. If you become accustomed to this to a certain extent, even a body with substance can be liberated into light. Even if you don't reach that, you can still travel in the bardo or the pure land of the self-nature emanation. Cut off the cliff of the confusion of the six realms. Thus introduced. From the "Self-Arisen Teachings": Whoever sees this person, is equal to the primordial Kuntuzangpo, their fruition is the same. And in the "Ornament of Clear Realization": The nature of the rosary is that all conceptualizations are purified, the unconfused primordial Buddha. Thus it is. Third, showing the arising of appearances from that: The self-radiance of the five lights of the dharmadhatu appears shimmering, the rosary is connected by fine bindus, initially white, variegated, like stars twinkling, the bindu
